The Coastal Calm Condo is a beautiful two-bedroom condo located in the Southern Living inspired community of Habersham. It is pet-friendly and well equipped for short and long-term rentals. The freshly painted condo offers coastal chic décor, new furnishings, and a large screened-in porch. With a modern open floor plan, it is ideal for family and friend gatherings.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, drinkware, and dishes to make meal preparation a breeze.The living area offers plenty of seating, a desk for those looking to work remotely, and a dining table. The condo sleeps six adults comfortably with two bright and open bedrooms that have private access to the screened-in porch. Additionally, there are two twin beds in the loft with its own full bathroom. The unit is located on the third floor of the building with lovely views from the screened-in porch.

Habersham offers a variety of restaurants at the Marketplace on Main Street, including local pub fare, American and Italian cuisine. There are also seasonal Lowcountry family-friendly festivals and activities.

The neighborhood amenities include the Habersham Park fitness trail, three-court tennis facility, multiple woodland and waterfront parks, playgrounds, picnic areas, croquet green, bocce court, and community gardens. Guests can launch boats or kayaks in Habersham Creek and access Beaufort's beautiful waterways and surrounding islands. The community also features a pool complex with a riverfront sunset tower, river retreat pavilion, and deep water dock on Habersham Creek.

For those who love golfing, there are several golf courses within a short driving distance that showcase the beauty of the Lowcountry and South Carolina coastline. Habersham is ideally located on the water and is the perfect distance for countless day trips to see all the beautiful places in the Lowcountry.

Historic Beaufort is only 10 minutes away, while Hunting Island State Park is 30 minutes away. Hilton Head is 35-45 minutes away, Charleston is 75 minutes away, and Savannah is 45 minutes away. Lovely and charming

This condo is great. Its clean, decorated nicely, is well stocked, had everything we needed. It has a nice floor plan and my husband and i had plenty of room. I cant find anything bad to say except that walking up to the third floor several times with groceries wasnt fun, but we expected that before we booked. This was our first visit to Habersham and what a beautiful neighborhood! Definitely recommend this condo and Habersham if you're visiting Beaufort.

Nice condo for a short visit

We stayed in this condo for a wedding in the neighborhood. Kitchen & bathrooms were clean, there were plenty of towels. Some beds were quite saggy, others ok. Some furniture needs a refresh, but overall a nice place to stay and grateful for an easy check-in and checkout process. Good value.

Great Central Place to Stay

If you're looking for a place that is local to almost everything, Habersham is a great place to stay. Tired of driving to town for dinner, check out the restaurants located within Habersham.

Habersham 3rd floor condo

The key system should be changed to a combo entry system. Given there were 3 adults would have been nice NOT to have had only the one key!! The condo itself was great, however there were issues. Both bedroom TV's didn't work, primary bedroom bathroom pocket door off hinge and husband had to do a repair on it for it to properly function. Upstairs bathtub had hair in it. Kitchen could have had better pots/pans and additional small appliances.

Home away from home

The property was just as described and our host Elsa was extremely helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and the Habersham location is wonderful with shops and restaurants just a short walk to the main street. We will absolutely book again

Peacefull Week

Great place, in a fantastic community. Loved the screened in deck - even on the hottest nights the breeze and the ceiling fan made it feel tropical. We got into town sooner than expected and Elsa was able to get the place ready sooner than the normal check in time. Habersham is a great, truly beautiful neighborhood - far, far nicer even than the pictures. Would stay again for sure!

Bengal Reunion

We came back into town for my squadron sundown reunion. The location was 15 minutes to MCAS Air station and 15 to Paris Island. The Habersham restaurants we very convenient. Very clean place and very enjoyable!

Weekend Getaway

This condo was absolutely what we needed to get away for the weekend to visit family in town. It was plenty of room updated and everything we needed the shops and restaurants were conveniently located and we enjoyed walking to the pier to enjoy the view. Quiet neighborhood short easy drive into downtown Beaufort, we will be staying here again!!

Why they chose this property

We stumbled upon Habersham while visiting Beaufort, SC during our honeymoon and feel in love with the charm of the community. When this condo came on the market we knew it was the perfect way for us to spend more time exploring the South Carolina coast, while having a relaxing home base to come back to.

What makes this property unique

Our favorite part of our condo is the large screened in porch. It is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a evening cocktail. We also enjoy the convenience of being steps away from Marketplace. On weekend nights we can enjoy the live music from Market Street in the privacy of our porch!
