Duplex apartment IN A CHARMING OASIS Located on the first floor, corner. You will find the kitchen, the living room, a master bedroom with double bed and a bathroom on the ground floor, upstairs a bedroom with 2 single beds and an extra bed. Sheets are provided, as well as towels, kitchen linen and tea towels. This apartment offers a lovely terrace that overlooks the communal pool and tropical gardens of this small, cozy complex, with views of the mountains and groves of orange groves in the distance. You are only 5 minutes walk from the complex, a very long sandy beach, two supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Private parking is at your disposal. Doors open and close with keys. You can get to the typical Spanish town of Dénia by road or by walking along the sandy beach (CAN BE RENTED ALL YEAR ROUND AND also YEAR ROUND)

Las peores vacaciones
Viajamos 5 personas, 2 de ellas niños, lo unico bueno que hs tenido ha sido el trato con Corinne, ha sido excelente, es la persona que nos entrego las llaves. Repecto al apartamento me ha parecido horrible, sin aire acondicionado, super pequeño para 5 personas, las mosquiteras todas rotas, en la terraza solo se puede estar antes de que salga el sol o cuando se ha metido, no hay una sombrilla o un toldo. Si metias la mesa para comer, porque no hay otra no te quedaba espacio en la casa. En fin una experiencia horrible. No volvere.

El sitio es tranquilo y la urbanización también, muy buen situado de la playa y cerca de Denia pueblo con coche q dos minutos. La comunicación con el propietario un poco dificultosa por el tema del idioma, pero la gente que nos recibió allí muy bien. La casa estupenda solo que te piden una cantidad por limpieza que no aparece en la descripción

Belle semaine dans un appartement très fonctionnel. Piscine au pied de l'appt et mer à 10mn, que demander de mieux? Résidence très propre, un peu à l'écart du centre. C'était parfait!
