About this property

Cozy Water Views Await

Enjoy beautiful views from our two bedroom, two and a half bath condo. Our unit is located in the Mariner's Cay community. The community itself offers a large swimming pool (opens mid April), two lighted tennis courts, a communal grilling area, spectacular views of the Folly River, a boat dock that you can fish off of, and it is just across the bridge from all the shops and restaurants that make Downtown Folly Beach an extremely sought after destination!

Our condo is on the third floor (no elevator). It has an open concept with granite countertops in the kitchen, a dining area that seats 4 and large living area including a couch and flat screen TV. The enclosed porch off of the living room and the master bedroom with gorgeous views of the Folly River where you can relax and enjoy a good book or watching the dolphins and other wildlife.

Both bedrooms have private full bathrooms for your convenience. The condo is also equipped with Apple TV and WiFi.

Bedroom 1: 1 QUEEN Bed, private balcony, private bathroom with a tub/shower enclosure en suite.
Bedroom 2: 1 QUEEN, second bath is off the hallway with a tub/shower.
1 FULL size air mattress (upon request)

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Awesome home!

Couldn’t recommend this condo more!! It was very clean, had everything you needed, and within a 3 minute drive to downtown Folly or manageable walk to the island. Perfect for 3 small children and two adults. Amazing views of the river, with a beautiful screened in balcony off the family room. Would definitely stay here again!

Folly Get-Away

This was a perfect property! The location to Folly Beach was good, but the view of Folly River out the window was excellent! We enjoyed the pool and had a lovely time sitting out on the nearby dock watching the sunset. The condo was extremely clean and well laid out. Everything we needed was stocked in the kitchen. Absolutely no issues, and we would gladly stay there again.

Loved everything about it!

We were a group of 5 headed to a cruise out of Charleston. Our first VRBO cancelled 2 days before were to leave, turned out to be a blessing! Folly Beach was awesome, this condo was everything we needed plus some. Love the screened in porch. We did get to see dolphins feeding when the tide went out! Next time we plan on skipping the cruise and just staying in Folly Beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Girls Trip

We had such an amazing time visiting Charleston and Folley Beach! The location was great! Sanam was amazing at communicating and helping out with any problems. The air conditioning wasn’t working and even with a holiday weekend the hosts got right on it and it was fixed very quickly! I really appreciated how helpful and prompt the communication was! The property itself is awesome. Well stocked, comfortable beds and pillows. The back deck was lovely and we watched the dolphin play in the river. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great for a family

This condo is very nicely located, well-laid out, with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A short walk into town. The screened in porch was great to watch for dolphins and enjoy in the evening. Plenty of bars and restaurants in town and the beach is amazing. Some walk all that way, but it is about a mile.

Great Place

This condo was great! The view of the waterway was awesome. The pool was large and not very crowded. Downtown Folly and the beach was just a short walk away. The host responded immediately when contacted. We had a wonderful weekend. Wish we could have stayed one more day.

Weekend Stay

We stayed at Sanam and David’s condo because we were attending a weather in the area. It was perfect for us and our 12 year old son. Just over the bridge we caught dinner, breakfast and pillaged around at the shops. We tried to rent jet skis at Tides but they do not offer that anymore (although still listed online). The little area of Folly is such a nice “locals” feeling beach and we enjoyed the fact it was quaint yet lively. Unfortunately, the people before us lost the gate key so it was a little inconvenient having to call Sanam each time we left to be buzzed back in, but I am sure it was more annoying for her! (Especially when we returned after the wedding at 11pm :)) The condo is cute and decorated nicely. Area was quiet and neighbor was nice! We would certainly return but likely without child. Ok stay, needs updates

The overall booking and communication process was great. The outside stairwell and facilities were very dirty. The overall cleanliness was ok, washing machine was dirty, bathroom air vents very dirty, cabinets were musty smelling, couch was stained and dirty with just a blanket thrown on top. Few updates could make this a much nicer place to stay, beds/mattresses were uncomfortable. The location wasn’t great for us with kids as was a bit far from beach and restaurants but a group of adults would likely be just fine.

Relaxing Folly Beach Stay

We stayed here as a family of 5 & couldn’t have asked for a better place! Folly River views did not disappoint & we got to see several dolphins from the porch! There was plenty of room, comfortable beds & even beach towels provided. Kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook several meals in. I enjoyed walking across the bridge into the quaint beach town! We can’t wait to come back!

Great Location!

The location itself is unbeatable! Watching the dolphins on the patio was one of the biggest highlights of our trip. We also enjoyed the short walk to Folly Beach. There were a few minor things that the owner could update to make this place even better (for example the bathroom toilet upstairs was not fully working), but overall it was a nice place.
