Dining room and beautiful kitchen equipped with SubZero Fridge and stainless steal appliances including a regular coffee and espresso machines.
Outdoor Area:
Enjoy an amazing sunset every evening at the supersize balcony facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Balcony equipped with high quality outdoor furniture for both seating and dining ares.
Shared Facilities:
Beautiful gated community, very well equipped and maintained buildings. It has its own private beach, large heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, two large BBQ areas well equipped with both gas and charcoal BBQs.
