This recently furnished 3 bedroom 1st floor of a duplex is conveniently located just steps to the beach, local restaurants and activities. Amenity upgrades made in 2019 include central air, new flooring and new furniture and bedding throughout.
Ideal for families. No streets to cross, plus guarded beach and handicapped beach access ramp. Owner supplies 8 beach badges. Deck, outside shower and laundry facilities. Plenty of off-street tenant parking on large paver driveway.
