House renovated this winter, in residential area, with very nice enclosed garden. 800 m from the large beach, it consists of a living room / lounge overlooking the south terrace, with fitted / equipped kitchen (3 gas hobs, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer), 1 cellar with washing machine, dryer, bedroom with double bed with shower room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms + 1 small extra bedroom. A bathroom, an independent wc. Extremely bright, and very pleasant house!
