Excellent apartment and location.
We stayed for 12 nights in his excellent apartment conveniently located only two blocks away from Promenade de Anglais fairly close to the Negresco Hotel and we highly recommend it. The living room has good air conditioning with cool air spreading to the other rooms as well. The hostess was very friendly and forthcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed.

Über den Dächern von Nizza
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen: ein wunderschönes Haus mit Marmor und Stuck,eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung und eine Terrasse für warme Sommerabende.Perfekt waren die Nähe zu Promenade und Strand sowie zur Albstadt mit ihrem einzigartigen Charme.

Occhio al bagno
La casa appena arrivati, nonostante il pagamento della pulizia incluso nella tariffa, era molto sporca e abbiamo dovuto lavare di nuovo bagni e cucina. I bagni sono due, in uno c’è solo il water, in un altro doccia e bidet. Le immagini sono ingannevoli. I proprietari sono stati gentili e la casa è abbastanza centrale. Tutto sommato utile per la vacanza, ma non ci ritornerò.

très bien situé
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires et avons passé un excellent séjour mes trois filles et moi . Le logement est spacieux ,bien équipé et les lits confortables . Il est par ailleurs vraiment bien situé proche de la promenade des Anglais , des transports en communs et des commerces . Comme dit dans les précédents commentaires , par forte chaleur la climatisation serait un gros + , il y a toutefois des ventilateurs disponibles. Belle expérience à Nice pour nous !

Au cœur de Nice
Appartement très agréable avec terrasse. Lits très confortables. A 2 minutes à pied de la Promenade des Anglais et 20 minutes à pied du Marché aux fleurs, nous avons profité de tous les attraits de la ville. La proximité des commerces et des transports en commun est un atout pour gagner du temps. Cela donne envie de revenir.

Das Appartement ist super schön und groß für zwei Personen-jeder hat dadurch ein eigenes Zimmer. Alles war soweit vorhanden was man brauchte. Nur die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser kontrolliert werden Tipp: Top wäre vielleicht eine Klimaanlage da es im August nun echt heiß ist und man nur mit geöffneten Fenster schlafen konnte-da dieses jedoch zur Straße raus ist,ist das sehr laut. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Merci aux propriétaires qui ont été hyper sympa et disponibles. L appartement est idéalement situé proche de la plage, des commerces, du tram et du centre ville. Je recommande vraiment. L appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire et équipements pour passer un bon séjour. Seul petit bémol, il fait très chaud la nuit dans les chambres car pas de clim, surtout en plein mois d août. Mais cela est compensé par des ventilos. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Magnifique appart
l'appart est bien situé et très propre, agréable terrasse ! La plus grande amélioreration serait l'apport d'une climatisation, même portative, ca aiderait bcp au sommeil, les ventilateurs ne suffisaient malheureusement pas en plein été.

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans cet appartement tout près de la promenade des Anglais. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Salon, Séjour, deux grandes chambres, cuisine comprenant tout ce dont nous pouvons avoir besoin, salle d'eau et WC séparés. Les chambres ouvrent sur la rue. Le quartier étant en travaux les nuits sont parfois bruyantes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse où nous avons pris tous nos repas. L'appartement est très chaud malgré les fenêtres ouvertes jour et nuit. Nous aurions aimé avoir un ventilateur dans chaque pièce. Un seul ventilateur ne suffit pas par fortes chaleurs. Nous remercions vivement les propriétaires d'avoir fait installer le wifi à notre demande. Ils sont au petit soin pour leurs locataires. MERCI Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement. Alors peut-être à une autre fois !

pour un séjour urbain à la découverte de Nice
Dans un bel immeuble ancien, l'appartement est très bien situé : proximité immédiate de la plage, de la Promenade des anglais et des commerces alimentaires ; la Place Massena, le Vieux Nice et le quartier du port sont accessibles à partir de 15 à 20 minutes de marche à pied. A l'intérieur, il offre les équipements permettant de passer un séjour confortable et la terrasse est très agréable. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.

Très bon accueil, appartement à 5 minutes de la plage, beaux volumes, agréable mais beaucoup de bruit dans la rue à cause du ramassage des ordures qui se fait la nuit (conteneurs pour le verre notamment).

Bel appartement très bien situé
Bel appartement très bien équipé avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bonne vacances. Celui-ci est très bien situé avec la Promenade des Anglais à seulement 200 m. On trouve toutes les commodités autour de l'appartement : supermarché, boulangerie, restaurant, presse.... Une place de parking est disponible ce qui est très appréciable à Nice. Très bon accueil des propriétaires lors de la remise des clefs.

Siamo stati nel appartamento per 9 giorni, la casa è molto comoda, ben attrezzata, abbiamo apprezzato molto il terrazzo esterno con un grande tavolo, dove abbiamo passato dei bei momenti in famiglia. Impagabile il parcheggio privato nel cortile interno, una rarità nella città. Vicino alla spiaggia e al centro.
