This small cozy cottage has just been recently updated with a new kitchen including new appliances. A new large bathroom with a soaker tub and new floors throughout.. It's perfect for a romantic getaway for two or a couple with a small family. Just a short 3 minute walk to the ocean with lots of red sandy beaches. This cottage features a large yard with a fire pit. Great for roasting marshmallows after a bbq dinner.

Cute cottage in quiet seaside community

The cottage is located in a lovely area and is perfect for two people. It has a nice wood smell. The kitchen is well equipped. New laminate flooring brightens up the place. New siding on the house. The property is large with a fire pit. We found it to be a good location and not difficult to return to from biking parts of Confederation Trail. The owners have made some nice improvements to the cottage. A suggestion would be replace the mattress and the sheets. The cleaning needs some minor attention to detail, especially under sofa bed and bed, ceiling fan but overall it was fine. The cottage was quite nice and I would stay again.

Location, Location, Location!

This cottage is located perfectly, less than half a mile to a wonderful beach, where swimming and long walks along the water are accessible at low tide! We also enjoyed many excursions to neighboring towns, beaches and waterways! The cottage worked well for two of us, with room for us to prepare and cook food either inside or out, and enjoy our down time after our busy days! The cottage has been renovated and was spotless on our arrival. Updates are planned outdoors as well. The owners were there for much of our visit and were quite helpful and friendly! It was perfect for our stay in Augustine Cove!

Cozy cottage in a quiet location

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was very clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. Quiet location with public beach access approximately 500 meters away. The property manager was helpful and responsive.

Excellent place for summer vacation young family

Our family had a wonderful time spending a week here. The cottage has recently updated kitchen and bathroom, so everything works well and feels clean. The kitchen is very well stocked, so the only extra we needed was a set of nutcrackers to get crack some lobster. The one time we bothered the property manager for more soap, she brought it by promptly. The cottage is small, so with 4 of us it was definitely tight, but we made it work and spent lots of time in the large yard and on the beach. Like most places on the island, there aren't many stores or restaurants close by (there are a few good ones in nearby Victoria by the Sea), so plan your meals in advance so you aren't surprised by closed signs. Lots of places close early. Otherwise, the location is great, being a short drive from the bridge and a short walk to sandy beaches that are virtually private and extend for miles. The water is shallow and warm, excellent for kids to play in. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute and affordable

Overall it was a good place,had a bit of an issue with the wifi but as soon as I contacted Ricki she was right on it. Quiet neighborhood, only thing I would suggest is listing actual property address. But over all we had a very relaxing time and would definitely contact Ricki again.
