FORMALITIES WITH THE WIKIZI CONCIERGE FOR YOUR ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
  The Wikizi concierge offers services to facilitate the organization of your stay: linen rental, equipment
 childcare, shopping, ski passes at home ... which you can order directly on the website www. wikizi. fr at the latest
 within 7 days of your arrival.
The Wikizi concierge will contact you 8-10 days before your arrival to arrange an appointment for the delivery of the keys and
 the inventory of fixtures, in the same way an appointment will be fixed for the end of the stay.
The reception, carried out at the entrance of the residence with commented visit, inventory of the apartment and handing over of the keys, will take place
between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. at the latest, and the inventory at the end of the stay with collection of the keys in your presence between 7 a.m. and 12 p.m.
For late arrivals or early departures an additional charge will be required: € 70 from 0 a.m. to 5 a.m., € 30 from 9 p.m. to 0 a.m. and
from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. to be paid directly to the Wikizi concierge.
You will need to report any housekeeping problems on the day of your arrival at the Wikizi concierge so that they can come
find and take the necessary measures.
Likewise, malfunctions, degradations or deviations from the inventory should be reported to the Wikizi concierge.
within 24 hours of your arrival otherwise they may be charged on the deposit.
Any report outside these deadlines will not be taken into account by the Wikizi concierge.

When booking a deposit check worth 30% of the price of the stay will be requested as well as a deposit of 200 €
which will be kept until 30 days after your departure.
