- NO SMOKING IN UNIT

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
- CHECK IN ANYTIME AFTER 4PM
- CHECK OUT BY 12 (NOON)

-POOL & HOT TUB INFORMATION:
- Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool sign for more specific information.
- Onsite management will require a security deposit of $100 against a major credit card (subject to change without notice). Such security deposit is scheduled to be released on day of departure.
- Guests will be able to check in starting at 4pm at the front desk. Only the person whose name is on the reservation will be allowed to check in. If someone else will be arriving first please communicate this to host.
