Apartment with sea view can accommodate up to 6 people and is located on the top floor of a residence on 3 levels. Very bright, luxury one-story accommodation. Air conditioning / Heating. Wireless.

Beach, shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Pets are not allowed.

A large room with a wood stove, a two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa, TV, VCR / DVD player, stereo.

A table for 6.
A balcony with tables and chairs for dining al fresco.

Excellent Location
The location was perfect!!! Walking distance to everything we needed, groceries, restaurants, beach, travel agency, pharmacies, nail salon and spa, many shops, ... Rick was very prompt in answering any questions we had, we used whatsapp which was so convenient for us. Checking in and out was so easy. definitelyrecommend this location.

Es war fabelhafte ruhigerer Gegend und alles in paar Minuten Zufluss erreichbar. Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mit dem Auto nach achtminutiger Fahrt auch die Stadt Albufeira. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz für sechs Personen. Hierzu unserer voller Empfehlung. Martin

A estadia foi boa. O apartamento correspondeu às nossas expetativas. Houve, no entanto, um aspeto que não posso deixar de mencionar, que se prende com o colchão de uma das camas (do quarto da varanda, da cama mais próxima da porta da varanda), que estava e está completamente impróprio para continuar a ser usado.

In general the apartment was very nice, good location near the beach and the swimming pool a few minutes away...we where only sorry the microwave didn't work,the sofa wasn't comfortable. The swimming pool was nice but had no survailence and some tourist go there and drink beers and live then by the pool wich caused an accident with my grandson who cut is feet with broken glasses wich where inside the pool.

Spotless apartment within walking distance of beach and restaurants. Great value!
We loved the apartment and its location. Good value. Plenty of parking in front of the building. Lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood as well bars and coffee shops. We did not use the pool or the garage, so we can’t comment on those.

Boa localização, a 5 minutos de um intermarché grande e a 2 minutos da praia de Olhos de água (que durante a noite tem bastantes gelatarias, restaurantes e lojas). Recomendo bastante

Of course some little things could be better , but after all it's a perfect place to stay. Very close to the beach , but ok, you have to take a rather long stairs to reach it. Olhos d"agua is a very nice village to spent your holidays. Rick, the host is a warm and helpfull guy.

No volveremos a esta casa
Me ha parecido que la casa podía estar cuidada mejor, posiblemente son mejoras fácil de llevar a cabo, y con poca intención del propietario en querer mejorar, la casa está muy deteriorada y nada de cuidados, la estancia amena por desconectar pero Rick, el propietario AUSENTE desde el principio, muy mal sabor de boca ante problemas que se le presentaron, y que acabó afectandonos por no poner soluciones en su momento, no volveríamos a ir JAMAS, Nuestro resumen en pocas palabras y sinceras, casa muy poco cuidada y podía ser de 10, y el dueño desaparecido en combate. Ojalá que les ayude.

Casa bem tratada mas a necessitar de melhor mobília
A casa estava limpinha mas a louça nem tanto. As cadeiras já apresentam algum desgate e quase a partir. A TV é excelente. Poderia ter uma máquina de cápsulas em vez de filtros. A praia está perto mas não é das melhores praias do Algarve. De resto, muito bem equipada com máquina de louça e roupa.

Super appartement, nous avons Passé une très bonne semaine grâce à la qualité du logement. Le propriétaire est très agréable et répond à toutes vos questions. Et tout est a proximité, plage , restaurant. J'espère pouvoir y retourner l'an prochain et plus longtemps..

Appartement bien situé, proche des commerces, la plage est très petite donc obligé de prendre la voiture pour avoir des plages plus grande, mais en seulement 10 minutes en voiture. La piscine n’est pas dans l’immeuble, il faut marcher 200m dans une autre résidence donc nous n’y avons pas été. Dommage ! Sinon l’appartement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé, les travaux de construction de l’immeuble à côté nous a empêché de dormir un peu le matin mais cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour. Le hôte absent à l’arrivée la clé était dans une boîte aucun contact avec lui uniquement par message. L’ensemble reste correct.

Great Apartment in good location!
Arrived to find a good sized well equipped apartment, Rick the owner was very helpful and his information on location of the apartment and information on detail was 100%. Unfortunately we lost two weeks of our stay due to the Coronavirus but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks
