#18-054 This cute, older home has a huge yard for hanging out and is ideally located close to many of the activities Glenwood offers. Within walking distance to downtown Glenwood Springs, close to Glenwood Meadows Shopping Center, located across from Veltus park (which has tennis courts, volleyball courts, a playground and walking trail). This house is also steps away from the bike trail that runs along town and both the Roaring Fork River and the Colorado RIver for fishing.
The home itself is cozy, warm and beautiful with 2 comfortable queen sized beds. It has 1 bathroom which has a bathtub/shower.

A huge living room with fireplace, games, free cable and high speed internet. A dining room with dining set, overhead fan, and work desk.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and essentials. Home also has a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The outdoor deck features a gas grill and a view of the beautiful mountains. The huge yard is equipped with a fire pit, outdoor seating and blankets so you can enjoy hanging out during Colorado evenings. Permit #18-054

Great House Near Downtown Glenwood Springs

Enjoyed the close proximity to town, the pool, and Sunlight Ski Resort. Beds and the couch were comfortable, and check in was easy!

White Christmas in Glenwood

Our family came up for two days at Christmas and we had a blast! The house was better than described. Super roomy with plenty a well stocked kitchen. The location is ideal as it is quiet, but very walkable. We enjoyed walking the river paths and going to the Main Street. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Glenwood!

Great get-a-way in Glenwood Springs

This was a great location and perfect place if you are traveling with pets as the yard was large and secure. House was cozy, clean and well decorated with all the needed amenities. Property manager was very accessible and responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent Location, Wonderful Home

This is the second time that we have stayed in this charming home. There is a beautiful new deck and nice inside upgrades that made it even better this time. It is very pet friendly with a fenced in side yard. The communications were great. Will stay there again!

Easy walk to river, park, shops, and restaurants

Good location for walking, was on a busy intersection but the ease of walking to everything made it very convenient without having to cross the intersection. Dog friendly with great back deck perfect for coffee, meals, and hanging out.

Clean, cozy and convenient! This place was perfect for our family trip to Glenwood Springs. Conveniently located within walking distance or a short drive to all things to do in Glenwood. Colorado Delight

We rented this property for 6 days and it worked out wonderfully for us. House is nice, the location was great - close to town. The fenced in yard worked well for our two dogs. The response rate for questions was excellent. I would rent again.

Perfect little mid-century house close to downtown. There was a little hiccup with our reservation - VRBO issue, not the property owner. But the property manager Desiree got right on top of it and worked it out for us, she was so helpful and responsive,. Thanks!

Cute, clean and comfy mid-century modern cottage

This property was very clean and comfortable with lots of windows and natural light. The kitchen was well supplied. The only downside was that the house was located on a busy street and it is difficult to exit the driveway.
