Remote accessible ceiling fans are located throughout the house. Three large flat screened smart TV's are situated in the living room, bedroom, and separate sitting room. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible, as is the house itself. Living room has a new couch, and sitting room has a futon for additional sleeping options.The home includes a washer and dryer(available for weekly or monthly reservations), beach chairs and umbrellas, a beach cooler, rafts, and a beach cart for easy transport.. All linens are included and the kitchen has all the necessities needed including a Keurig coffee maker, and blender. An ironing board and iron are also included. The entry door locks are key less and you will provide the four digit code to be programmed so you can easily remember it . The kitchen includes brand new stainless steel appliances: a refrigerator, range, microwave oven and a dishwasher. High speed internet access is included. Smart TV's are loaded with APP's for your viewing pleasure.
The outside patio is completely fenced in for privacy. Tranquil and soothing, it's a great place to relax, read, sun yourself, or BBQ for yourself or the family. An outdoor shower area makes it easy to cool off, or rinse off from the beach.
