This 1st floor, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom beautifully and newly decorated condo is located directly across the street (beach access) from the Gulf of Mexico and it's beautiful beaches. A 2-3 minute walk and your toes are touching the sand! The condo sleeps 4; queen size bed in the master bedroom and a comfy pull out couch in the living room.

The NEWLY updated kitchen (new countertops and backsplash) includes everything you need to make a full meal and the kitchen table seats 4. The bathroom has also been updated to a walk in shower. A grill is located on site for resident use. Plenty of sheets, towels and linens available at the condo.

There are plenty of chairs, beach umbrellas and a beach cart - anything you would need for a day at the beach!
Wifi included, TVs in the living room and master bedroom, laundry on site. There is no pool on site.

The condo is located 15 minutes from St Armand's Circle and within walking distance of a Publix.

Pets that are completely housebroken and under 50lbs are allowed - but please note they are to be on a leash at all times if outside and dogs are not allowed on the beach per city laws.

RVs, motor homes and boats are not allowed on property.
