3 bedrooms (one adult and 2 rooms for 4 children)
1 bathroom and a toilet upstairs and a shower-WC on the ground floor.
A terrace garden with lawn and true - a swimming pool (6 X 3. 50).

Comfortable house. Air Conditioning.
Wifi available. TV box, stereo.
The office area is inaccessible (storage of our personal business)
Part of the garage is available (washing machine, extra fridge, freezer, electrical panel, shelves).
The rental is all inclusive except electricity.
EDF consumption remains at your expense. A meter reading (off-peak and peak hours) will be made on arrival and departure.
The price of KWh is that of EDF for a power of 9 KVA with the option TEMPO (cts € TTC / kWh)
