About this property

The wonderful Vernette calanque is in a typical Mediterranean environment. The house, lulled by the chirping cicadas, is located underneath pinewoods that are fragrant with the sweet scents of the trees and the sea air. The sea is 30 metres away...

The house offers superb views of the Mediterranean and the golden rocks at Pin Rolland, "all is luxury, tranquillity, and voluptuousness". Tastefully renovated, the house offers comprehensive and luxurious amenities. The living area gives onto the garden that leads down to the calanque's azure waters. The living area is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen, in the living room extension, features a complete set of modern equipment in a warm and convivial atmosphere that will meet demanding standards. The house boasts three bedrooms, each with a double bed and a different ambiance. Two give onto the garden, which is fitted in a Mediterranean landscape. The pebble, travertine, and stone bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and double bowl sinks that give this space a relaxing, warm ambiance.

The inlet at the foot of the house, the wonderful swimming, the games, and the fish are not to be missed. The sandy beach is only a 5-minute walk away. We are 300 metres from a pebble beach. The Jacuzzi overlooks the pretty, azure sea. We offer a kayak. The barbecue and the grill are perfect for cooking tantalising treats...

This idyllic environment is ideal for quiet contemplation, relaxation, and enjoying the pleasures that we offer during your stay. Come and spend your holidays in one of the most varied and beautiful regions in France.

The house is rented by the week. If you would like a shorter stay, please contact us. Despite all of the affection that pets give, they are not allowed. You can smoke on the terrace that offers outstanding views and lets us keep our house a no smoking area ;-). Thank you in advance. The area is calm and maintains a neighbourhood-like feel.

Nahe dran am Paradies

Wir hatten zwei außergewöhnlich schöne Wochen. Alles war genau so, wie es beschrieben war. Wir haben das tolle Haus und das fantastische Grundstück sehr genossen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer beim Frühstück war fantastisch. Das Zubereiten der Mahlzeiten an Plancha und Grill war eine Freude. Zum Entspannen hat der Jacuzzi eingeladen. Wir waren täglich am Meer am sehr nahen Kiesstrand. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank an unseren sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und super unkomplizierten Gastgeber. Selten waren Übergabe und Abnahme des Hauses so einfach. Und nicht zu vergessen der Rosé zur Begrüßung - ein Genuss 😋. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

Wunderbare Tage am Meer

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Vor allem den direkten Blick aufs Meer haben wir sehr genossen. Der schöne Garten ist groß und bietet viele verschiedene Sitzplätze und Liegen - in der Sonne oder im Schatten, je nach dem was man gerade bevorzugt. Den Gartengrill und Whirlpool haben wir gern genutzt. Mit wenige Schritten ist man an einem kleinen Felsstrand, von dem aus man mit dem Kajak starten kann, das zum Haus gehört. Einzig die Doppelbetten sind für zwei größere Menschen recht schmal - aber die Bettengröße war im Inserat richtig angegeben. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Fabulous property - amazing views!

The property is exactly as listed on the VRBO site. The views of the bay are stunning and access to at least three beaches on foot is excellent. Facilities are great with a choice of BBQS, hot tub, chairs, loungers and outside dining in a lovely garden area. Internally the rooms are immaculate with good facilities again - dishwasher, washing machine, TV, oven, hob, fridge, freezers and microwave, Walter and Segolene are brilliant hosts - meeting you on arrival to explain how to work all the appliances and giving recommendations for your stay. They then leave you to enjoy the house in privacy - but are available at all times via telephone for any queries. We had the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday in the property and found La Seyne to be full of restaurants and amenities with a great sandy beach. The only negative point would be the lack of air-conditioning that made sleeping uncomfortable in a week where temperatures hit 40 degrees. However, this is a decision made by the hosts to counter the effects of climate change - so their decision must be respected. We purchased some inexpensive fans to cool us down and the issue was solved! Thanks again Walter and Segolene - your house is amazing and you are perfect hosts. Steve, Anne & Joe.

Wunderschönes und liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt perfekt in fussläufiger Nähe zu drei verschiedenen Stränden (Steinstrand 5 Minuten, Kiesstrand 10 Minunge) und bester Sandstrand 15 Minuten. Auch die täglichen benötigten Dinge können gut ohne Auto erledigt werden. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich, als ob man bei Freunden zu Besuch ist und nicht in einem Ferienhaus. Alles, was wir benötigt haben, lag in bester Qualität bereit. Wir waren mit fünf Personen (Eltern und drei 20jährige Mädchen) im Haus und hatten zunächst Bedenken, ob das mit einer Toilette klappt. Nachdem wir aber ein "Handyverbot" für die Zeit der Nutzung der Toilette ausgesprochen hatten, war das überhaupt kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit Walter war perfekt. Er hat unfassbar schnell reagiert und konnte alle Fragen unmittelbar beantworten bzw. auflösen. Wir empfehlen das Haus mit dem wunderbaren Blick und Walter als Vermieter aus vollem Herzen und uneingeschränkt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen und vermissen dieses schöne Plätzchen Erde sehr.

traumhaft schöne Unterkunft

Ein äußerst geschmackvoll, mit allem, was man evt. benötigen könnte, eingerichtetes Haus in schönster Lage. Die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten ermöglichen, mit der Sonne oder dem Schatten um das Haus zu wandern oder es sich in dem großen Garten gemütlich zu machen. Walter und Segolène sind sehr entgegenkommende, nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber - es war ein Aufenthalt, der einfach traumhaft war! Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Lage mit Meerblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus mit Meerblick sehr genossen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an verschieden Stränden. Das Haus innen wie außen ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Très jolie maison avec une vue imprenable

Walter et Ségolène sont des hôtes absolument charmants et très réactifs. De plus ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous offrir une bouteille de vin à notre arrivée. Dans leur maison il ne manque rien, sauf peut être des transats supplementaires. Elle est très bien située et tout est accessible à pied. Et que dire de cette vue au quotidien, juste magnifique. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location.

Ferienhaus Südfrankreich

Haus zum Wohlfühlen mit Meerblick

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern verbracht. Für jeden von uns gab es viel Platz zum Entspannen in dem tollen großen Außengelände mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten oder auch im Whirlpool. Gemeinsames Essen auf der schönen Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer haben wir sehr genossen. Auch im Haus ist alles sehr harmonisch gestaltet und die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich zuhause.

Meerblick - Vue de mer

Ein wunderbares Haus, das die Persönlichkeit seiner Bewohner ausstrahlt. Der Kontakt war immer sehr schnell und zuvorkommend. Wir haben vor allem den wundervollen Meerblick sehr genossen, den Himmel zwischen rosé und dunkelblau, auch von drinnen. Man kann mit jeder Tageszeit an einen anderen Tisch im Schatten umziehen oder sich sonnen, je nachdem, wie es einem gefällt. Eine Entspannungsrunde im Jacuzzi macht auch Spaß mit Dusche daneben. Strände für jeden Geschmack sind fußläufig erreichbar, genauso wie eine gute Boulangerie für Croissants und mehr. Zum Supermarkt geht es eher mit dem Auto. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, inklusive scharfer Messer und Stabmixer. Für Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs war gesorgt. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Herzlichen Gruß an Ségolène und Walter

Maison très agréable avec une belle vue sur la mer

Nous venons de passer un très agréable séjour dans cette maison, la proximité de la mer est super sympa même si ce sont des rochers mais la plage de sable reste proche. Le jacuzzi est bien appréciable. Belle région à découvrir aussi, n'hésitez pas à partir découvrir entre autres les îles de Gaou et Embiez!!! Et enfin merci aux propriétaires qui sont très accueillants et sympathiques.

Traumhaus mit phantastischem Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben zwei phantastische, erholsame Wochen in dem komfortablen Haus verbracht. Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend und freundlich. Kleines Problem mit der Haustür wurde vom Vermieter schnell gelöst. Der Blick aufs Meer vom Haus und der Terrasse ist herrlich. Ausstattung hervorragend - alles da was man braucht. Liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und hatten eine gute Zeit.

Relaxing

We spent two weeks in a mixture of holidays and home-office in this beautiful house. For both the house is perfect. Remotely working with a full-speed internet while having a view on the Mediterranean Sea was great. As well as spending time at the nearby beach and the towns near La-Seyne-sur-mer. Additionaly, Walter and his wife are great and attentive hosts.

Vue mer et à quelques mètres de criques et plages

Séjour très agréable, la maison est située dans quartier très calme, on entend la mer. Tout est proche, la mer à 1 mn, les commerces à proximité. La maison est très bien équipée, décorée avec goût. Walter et Ségolène sont très accueillants et disponibles. Un petit coin de paradis, au calme avec plein de sites à visiter à proximité.

Très jolie maison fonctionnelle avec vue imprenable sur la mer.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette jolie maison qui a une vue imprenable sur la mer. Tous les commerces et les plages sont accessibles à pied. Nous avons apprécié également nos hôtes très accueillants et bienveillants qui nous ont très bien conseillés . Séjour parfait !

complètement satisfait

La maison est incroyable, il y a tout. L'emplacement est génial, calme, mais de la plage de sable au supermarché, tout est accessible en 20 minutes à pied. La communication avec Walter et sa femme était facile, ils étaient très gentils et toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Nous serons de retour.

Detente complète

Nous avons passé un merveilleux sejour, maison très agréable, avec cette vue sur la mer magnifique. Nous avons visité la region car proche de beaucoup de villes comme cassis, hyeres, porquerolles. We would like to travel with our two children to give them the opportunity to discover landscapes, flavours, people, and cultures. Our house is sure to delight holidaymakers in search of a peaceful location. It is close to the sea underneath the pinewoods, where the scents blend perfectly with the chirping cicadas offering you the chance to relax and unwind. There are also water sports, hiking paths, mountain bike trails, etc.

What makes this property unique

Our seaside house is close to all the shops and facilities, opening onto the coastal path that is great for those who love hiking and breathtaking landscapes. This calm area is perfect for leisurely relaxation, as well as all sorts of activities (water activities, mountain biking, hiking, etc.). Parents of young children can rest assured that you can reach the calanque without crossing the road; it is a 30-metre walk away.
