This newly custom built cottage, with 1500 square feet, has charm inside and out. The cottage sleeps four with 2 bedrooms with queen beds. The master bedroom has an en suite bath with a tiled walk in shower and double vanities. The guest bath has a tiled walk in shower also. The cottage is fully equipped with laundry, kitchen, grill on the back porch, wifi, cable, Smart TV's, and off street parking. Great for extended stays, all brand new in 2018. $225/night- $1200/week - $2400/month plus 13%tax and $125 cleaning fee - 3 night minimum on most rentals
