Perfect getaway

We had a perfect stay for our little family. You could eat from the floor, it was so clean! Airco all around in the house. Perfect pool. Perfectly located ! Gerard was always easy to reach and very helpful! We will definitely be coming back.

Fantastisches Haus in Apt

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche im Ferienhaus und genossen den Pool und die Privatsphäre. In die Stadtmitte sind es nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist sehr ruhig .Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus in Apt entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der tolle Pool und das gepflegte, geschützte Grundstück rundeten unseren Aufenthalt hier ab. Die gute Küchenausstattung half uns, die Einkäufe der Märkte lecker zuzubereiten. Wir haben im September 2024 unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Gérard war ein super Gastgeber, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und sehr sympathisch.

Sehr schönes Anwesen

Wir haben eine Woche auf dem Anwesen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist im Vergleich mit anderen Ferienwohnungen besonders gut. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool direkt vor der Tür ist ein Highlight im heißen August gewesen (wobei das Haus trotz der Hitze erstaunlich kühl blieb). Alles sehr war gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage am Rand des Zentrums von Apt ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche gesondert berechnet werden. Bei einem Haus in der Preiskategorie gehört das unserer Ansicht nach zum Gesamtpaket dazu. Trotzdem können wir das Anwesen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

wunderbares Ferienhaus am Stadtrand von Apt

Das Haus ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Garten mit Pool ohne vis à vis und der Möglichkeit, immer ei schattiges Plätzchen zu finden. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Fußweg in die Stadt 10 min. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kurz:sehr empfehlenswert !

Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr angenehmes Haus, super ausgestattet, zentral und doch im Grünen gelegen. Nur die Stühle sind sehr unbequem. Bäckerei und Supermarkt in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Fahrradweg führt 100m am Haus vorbei. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Empfehlungen vom Gastgeber. Kommunikation und Check -in/out mit Gerard war unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Simplement parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable en famille. La maison est idéale et son emplacement parfait pour decouvrir les magnifiques villages du Luberon. Monsieur Testaniere est un hôte 10/10, très bienveillant, et ces recommendations nous ont permis de visiter des endroits magnifiques. Un grand merci et nous n'hesiterons pas a revenir dans cette belle et agreable maison lors d'un prochain séjour.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben unseren 3-wöchigen Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Kaffeemaschine mussten wir allerdings erst mal entkalken. Es ging kein Kaffee mehr durch. Die Matratzen in den Schlafräumen sind hervorragend. Der Garten mit Pool ist sehr schön. Durch die Bäume hatte man auch natürlichen Schatten. An den Fenstern befinden sich Fliegengitter. Fenster und Türen kann man mit Klappläden verschließen, so dass es im Haus auch bei Hitze angenehm kühl bleibt. Das Bad ist ok. Das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, sind die unbequemen Stühle und das Sofa.

Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Zwei Wochen im Oktober haben wir in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es ist ansprechend eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben wir den gepflegten Garten genossen, wir konnten noch jeden Abend auf der Terasse sitzen und die Sterne beobachten. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, wir konnten zu Fuß bequem in ein paar Minuten die Altstadt von Apt erreichen. Apt war als Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Umgebung ideal. Die Kommunikation mit dem zugewandten Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlich schönen Urlaub. Jederzeit wieder!

Wunderbar wenn man die Provence erkunden will

Bei herrlichem Wetter haben wir den Pool genossen. Das Haus blieb angenehm kühl und die Mücken blieben dank der Mückenschutzfenster draußen. Ein idealer Ort, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen.

Wij hebben bijzonder genoten van de rust en privacy van dit huis. Ook het zwembad is geweldig! Je hebt hier een prima verblijf van alle gemakken voorzien! Winkel voor dagelijkse boodschappen dichtbij en het centrum is lopend goed te bereiken! Wij hebben hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Magnifique!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Mr Testanière s'occupe à la perfection de sa maison pour la rendre accueillante, propre et ludique, rien ne manque. Cuisine bien équipée, bonne literie, situation idéale au calme et proche des commerces. Bravo!

Wonderful stay

We had a marvellous two weeks here in Mr Testaniere’s property. Everything within the property was as described and any queries we had were resolved at our best convenience. We only wish we could speak a little more and better French, something we aim to improve on for next time. Thank you again.

Tolles Ferienhaus in interessanter Umgebung

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit phantastischem Pool in der fußläufig erreichbaren und sehr schönen Stadt Apt. Der Vermieter M. Testanière ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation einfach, Grundkenntnisse in Französisch sind jedoch empfehlenswert. Alle Zimmer sind mit Ventilatoren und die Fenster mit Mückennetzen versehen, was sehr angenehm war. Auch die Schlafzimmer, die auf Fotos in der Hausbeschreibung nicht zu sehen waren, sind gemütlich eingerichtet, die Betten bequem. Das Haus konnte an den heißen Sommertagen mit Hilfe der Fensterläden gut kühl gehalten werden. Außerdem gibt es gut funktionierendes WLAN. Ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. In der ferneren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche interessante Ausflugsziele, in der näheren zum Beispiel den tollen Wochenmarkt in Apt.

Hervorragende Wahl

Es hat alles hervorragend gepaßt, zum Beispiel Ausstattung der Küche, Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern, WLAN (auch im Außenbereich), sehr schöner Pool und gepflegtes Grundstück. Die Nähe zur Altstadt von Apt ist optimal. Für uns war allerdings überraschend, dass das Objekt eigentlich als Doppelhaushälfe zu bezeichnen ist, wobei das kleinere Nachbarschaftsobjekt auch vermietet wird. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen.
