Great Location
Very satisfied with this rental. My family and I enjoyed our stay at SPI. Walking distance to the beach was a plus. We loved the pool as well. Will definitely book this place again.

SPI perfect getaway
My family and I enjoyed our stay. Very short walk to beach was great. We loved the pool! Furniture was a bit outdated, but other than that, we had no major complaints. It was clean, had everything we needed, and we had a great time. Thank you!

We loved this house it was the perfect place for my husband, myself, and our kids. Close to the beach and the pool made it even better. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Needs some tlc
Nice place but house needs some TLC. The restroom handle was broken, front glass door was taped so that the glass would slide down, the dryer wouldn't dry the towels, the folding bed in the master was broke so my niece slept on the floor. Pool was dirty it had a crab and trash in the pool. And lastly I pray no one scratches themselves on the AC unit. Thanks Veronica

Weekend getaway
This was perfect for my family's weekend getaway. It was clean and spacious and it had all the basics needed such as pots and pans, cooking utensils, plenty of plates and cups. Napkins, extra trash bags, and toilet paper were also there as well as dish soap and hand soap! The was a great place to stay at.

Great experience
We had a great time, we had previously booked at a condo for the end of the week and wanted to come down a few days early and just enjoy family time so we found this townhouse and thoroughly enjoyed it. We wish we would have booked this place for a complete week! Our kids loved the pool and convenience of getting in/out all day. We went to the beach in the evenings so it wasn’t too packed and was about half a block away!

Pros: Outstanding location, parking, flexible schedules (I had to change our dates a few times and owner was great), private pool, closets and beds were comfy Cons: Dishwasher tips out when you pull the racks, front door knob practically falling off (I had to buy a screwdriver and reattach it), almost no household items (detergent, soap, shampoo, etc), stopper in master sink had to be pried open to avoid overflow, available utensils, cups were very old and stained, dryer had to be run multiple times to get anything close to “dry”. Overall, it met our primary need but it’s in need of some love and investment. The furnishings were sparse and almost no decorations or coziness. I also killed a huge roach so I don’t know the pest control status.

Awesome Place
My husband and I have stayed now in both units. It's sometimes difficult to stay at a "decent " place that allows pets. It was perfect! short walk to beach, restaurant, fenced in yard, quite neighbor hood,plus your own pool! We will continue to rent this townhouse for every visit to S. Padre!

Excellent location. Close enough to walk to Wanna Wanna. Pool was clean and area well maintained. Living room has minimal seating, but having plenty to do outdoors didn’t make that a terrible situation. Dryer takes forever to dry.

Great winter get away
Found this place as it fit me and the family. Was a little concerned about the size, but it worked awesome for the six of us. Really close to the beach, and the pool was fantastic as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice but needs some tlc
The pool has algae and places where the plaster is worn. The washer and dryer were rusty. The dishwasher wasn't bolted into the cabbies. And questionable stains on the carpet upstairs. Other than the carpets the house was clean. Very convenient to the ocean. Was happy to find a place that would allow our fur babies.

We enjoyed our stay in the 2.5 bath, 3 bedroom with private pool. The facilty is clean and just afew minutes walk to the beach and the Wanna Wanna bar and grill. We definitely will stay there again. Also pet friendly..

Great Townhouse with private pool
We had a great time at this property. It seemed to be upgraded since the pictures were posted with a new couch and new kitchen cabinets and island. Private pool is a huge plus! 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The bath downstairs is very small but good for coming in from the pool. Beach access is close about 3-5 walk. Only down side was there was no outside shower at the beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay
This was a great place to stay on the island. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The private pool made all the difference for us as well as the beach within walking distance. We were there with our adult children and were very comfortable in the space. We would definitely come back to this property for future vacations.

Excellent Location
We had a great time during our stay. Having a private pool was a plus as was being able to bring our fur baby. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, plates, cups, and pots and pans. We were also able to use a bbq pit. We would highly recommend this home and hope to stay again.

This place is Miss Leading!
We got there and were surprised to see how small the place was. The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. I felt this place was grossly overpriced form the lack of kitchen supplies to the lack of chairs to sit on. One. The amount of extra's that was added to the original cost was crazy. We vrbo all over the country ad this is the first time I felt Ripped off. Had quest from out of town and so embarrassing.

Family Vacation
Everything was just as described and conveniently located to everything. Even though we had a minor setback the manager was quick to send someone to fix the problem. Would recommend this place to everyone and definitely would stay again.
