Our 1313 Pelican Watch Villas at Seabrook Island is ON THE BEACH complete with sunsets and ocean breezes. There is no other BEACHFRONT villa at Seabrook Island like this corner condo with covered deck. Sleeps 4 plus 2 babies under 2 yrs old. License # 2024-1344.
Our calendar is ALWAYS up to date. FREE AMENITY CARDS with access to Seabrook Island's private club, all beaches, 3 beach and lakeside pools, 3 restaurants, docks and shops, 2 golf courses and country club, library, equestrian center and tennis courts. Indoor pool and gym fee -$15/daily pass. Sparkling clean for the most discriminating guests! $40 for gate pass/parking and $75 admin charge. These fees plus tax are already included in your VRBO quoted price. Dogs, only. $175 fee per pet up to 35 lbs; call if more.

Comb your private beach for precious seashells and sand dollars every morning. Keep an eye on the kids from your deck as they follow the dolphins. Open the glass sliding door to catch the gentle ocean breezes. Breakfast is on the deck with your umbrella, patio table and chairs. Put our 4 beach chairs near the water on the sugar white sand as you read your novel, sip your drinks and lather with suntan lotion. Enjoy your privacy. Go to the pools tomorrow. Tennis and Golf are later in the week! Dinner is easy at the Clubhouse or at several gourmet island restaurants outside the guardhouse. Charleston beckons! If you are looking for grocery shopping, Freshfields Village is a short 4 mile drive complete with dining, shops, and entertainment. At night, you turn the lights out for the sea turtles. Head down the hall to your private room. You've got your own dreams to make on a comfy king-size bed, queen sleeper sofa, twin chair & half bed or twin ottoman bed & queen all night air mattress! We take reservations on a first come, first serve basis and we fill up fast! We always work to re-rent your dates for emergency cancellations and encourage trip insurance! Fantastic spot right on the beach

We loved this place so much that we already rebooked for next year. Location is amazing. Very relaxing. Rented bikes and rode everywhere. Beautiful area. So relaxing. Hosts were super reliable and easy to contact. They also replied immediately. easy to contact with veryresponses.

Perfect beach spot

Great location if you want quick and easy access to the beach. Cozy home for a getaway and plan on being back in the future. Saw dolphins playing in the ocean in the morning from the deck!! I do wish we had information before booking on the status of amenities like the Seabrook restaurants and outdoor pools since that was one of the reasons I selected the property but they weren’t opening for the season until later in the week.

Beautiful sunset

The view from this unit was surprisingly amazing. We had a slight issue when we arrived and Mary was very responsive and accommodating and fixed it immediately. We will go back for sure.

Excellent place to stay!

What a wonderful place to stay. And the area has so much to offer (even late in December)! The villa has everything you need, is nicely appointed and super clean. The beaches were great for long walks, collecting shells, watching dolphins, and beautiful sunsets! Views of the water and sunset from the villa’s deck are spectacular! I would watch the dolphins from the deck while having my morning coffee. The villa and Seabrook Island are pet friendly with a lot of areas for walks. The grocery store and plenty of shops are close by and don’t miss a trip into Charleston. Mary was an amazing host - excellent communication, responds right away and she is so sweet! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or host! I am looking forward to a return visit.

Great view and location.

Unit has classic river views with beautiful sunsets with easy walk to the river. We brought our dog and found Seabrook to be very dog friendly. We will look at this space for the 2025 season.

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful sights and sounds everywhere, and the waterfront porch provides beautiful views of the sunset each evening. A fantastic experience for the whole family.

Wonderful stay at seabrook island

We had an amazing time staying in this condo at Seabrook Island! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by beautiful nature. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved waking up to the peaceful views from the balcony and enjoyed the nearby amenities, including the pools and restaurants. Mary was very responsive and helpful, making the entire process seamless. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Wonderful vacation!

We had a lovely 2 week stay with our dog. We loved the view from the deck and the beautiful Seabrook area. It was beautiful and peaceful. The space was accurately described and very comfortable. We can't wait to go back!

Fantastic location

We stayed here for a week just myself and my husband while kids were at summer camp. Amazing location with stunning views. Everything you need in the apartment - great to have a king bed and 2 bathrooms. Beach towels not included but the owner did remind us to bring them. Added benefit of amenity access to the club facilities is super. We just loved the beach bar! We will return

Great apartment for a couple on vacation

We walked the beach with our dogs, day and night and enjoyed every meal from the views on the porch. Amazing location to take it all in and relax.

What a view!

The condo was spotless and had everything one could need. The view is spectacular and the patio chairs were so comfy. We loved watching the wildlife from the patio. Deer visited each morning and evening. We saw dolphins swimming and birds are everywhere. Sunsets were beautiful! We hope to return! What a special spot!

What makes this property unique

One of the best parts of our condo are the sunsets from our cool deck! Living on the East Coast, it's rare you get a chance to watch the sunset over the water but that's exactly what you can enjoy from our deck. It is also directly on the beach so put on a bathing suit, grab a towel, walk out the deck and you are on the beach! No driving and finding parking. No hiking with coolers and beach chairs for miles. Just pure unadulterated ease and relaxation. We are so close to the beach, in fact, that you need not even leave your deck to watch the dolphins, pelicans and sea turtles that are sure to entertain you.
