Enjoy a well deserved vacation at this Water Front Resort. Your 2Br condo is just across the street from the famous Newport Lobster Seaport and Harbor and is a 2 minute walk to downtown Newport!

In the Master you have a king size bed, and a Large flatscreen HD TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 additional beds which sleep 2 more. The Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa which can accommodate 2 comfortably, along with another Large flatscreen HD TV. Your 2 bedroom condo is fully furnished and equipped with full size refrigerator, oven, stove, flatware, glassware, microwave, toaster, coffee make along with coffee and all of the cookware you need to enjoy yourself.

The grounds has plenty to do with a fitness center, BBQ grills, indoor/outdoor heated pools, spa, game center, movie theater, and so much more. With only minutes to downtown Newport, you can take in all of the sights that makes this such a fantastic water town, from the Cliff Walk, Bellevue Ave. Mansions, Tennis Hall of Fame, and a huge selection of restaurants and shops.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The resort pool will be undergoing renovation from Mar. 8, 2024, through Aug. 12 , 2024, for renovation. During this time, renovations are also being done to the exterior Main building.

At time of booking, please provide the name and address with zip of just 1 adult who will be present at check in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at time of check in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in, as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $129 for a new guest certificate. Wouldn’t rent again

The place was very tired. The unit was listed as having jacuzzi tub, washer and dryer. And even shows a different floor plan. There wasn’t enough chairs in the pool area. When I complained to the property owner she said I should have reserved the above items sooner. There was no mid week cleaning. The pool deck was crumbling pebbles that were painful to walk over. It was centrally located but I won’t be staying here again The air conditioning unit was a window unit that ran almost constantly at a loud volume. Luckily it drowned out the noise from the thin walled neighbors

Location of property was perfect. Many activities for children to do!!

The property was nice but renting was a hassle. We booked a bigger unit and it was changed to smaller one. The group we dealt with didn’t seem to know what property they had available. We had to rebook several times and money was exchanged too many times. Probably the most difficult booking we ever had with VRBO. The place itself was nice!

Great Location

This location is perfect. You’re within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and also right on the water. The only down side was the lack of kitchen supplies. There are no pots or pans or cooking utensils and that’s one of the main reasons we chose a place with a full kitchen. We had to eat our more than we wanted because we couldn’t cook. The beds were comfortable and the property was easily accessible. We would stay here again.

Newport stay

We ended up going to the Windham On Shore property instead. Unfortunately The Warf did not have any more rooms. The check in was a little chaotic, but once we got situated, everything went well. Loved our room and loved the view. Felt very safe there. Everyone wore masks. Pool situation was also good with the limited capacity.

We had a great time! The property was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable & spacious. We would absolutely stay here again. The location was a plus as well since it was so close to everything. Overall great experience.

Amazing Weekend

We had the best weekend staying here. The room is huge, clean, and very nice. We had four adults and two children and it was perfect. The location is great, walking distance to downtown. The indoor and outdoor pool is also wonderful if it rains (which it did briefly one day). Hamilton and Christine were wonderful hosts form the beginning, very accommodating and very responsive to my questions. Highly recommend!

Great place.

We stayed for three nights for a wedding that was on goat island. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to multiple areas easily. So close to downtown. Will stay again

This unit, although clean enough,was not as big as I was led to believe

There is no way this unit could sleep 8 people unless you put mattresses on floor in living room, even then, the living/ dining area was no where big enough for a mattress. We were six women who could not get out of each other’s way. The unit really needs a total makeover, everything is old and not very attractive. No balcony or any view whatsoever. I would come back to Newport but not to this building. We also had to pay for parking, only one permit was allowed for the three cars we had. I was told we would all get passes. Never happened

Great location. Large Suite.

It’s pretty much large hotel room suites rented out by timeshare owner. Location is right next door to Marriott and overlooking shipyard. Close walk to great restaurants and shopping. Rented a 2-bedroom unit. Was perfect for family trip with 2 kids in downstairs bedroom and wife and I in master upstairs. Lots of room with full kitchen, dining, family room and 2 full baths. 3 TVs. Clean. Comfy beds. Kids enjoyed pool area. Walls a bit thin with noise level from neighbors room...but that was only downside. Would stay here again.
