Good place to stay
There was a little trash on the hillside just off the balcony, but I cleaned that up so the next guests did not have to see it during there stay! I don't understand why people would trash such a beautiful place like the secluded areas of the Smokey Mountains!! Either way people just suck!! I would recommend this cabin to anyone who is looking for a smokey mountain get away

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish 0 stars was an option for this property. The overall cabin was just ok. It was very dim and old. None of the outlets in the bedroom could hold any kind of plug or charger they just fell out every time. The Bathroom was a disaster!!! The shower is covered in mold! All of the wood around and above the shower is turning black. The ceiling had mold spots. There were cobwebs all around in the bathroom, and the shelves were dirty. The walls were cracking. We left after 1 day and checked into a hotel.

Hikers paradise
Cabin location was perfect...not too far from anything and not in the chaos of the cities. The arts and crafts area and a few restaurants were 3 miles away. We were upgraded to the 2 bedroom cabin, "a dream come true". We enjoyed the fire place on the first cool night and the fire pit outside at the end of the week. Bring your own charcoal and wood to enjoy. The hot tube was amazing and much needed after our long hikes. We even used the jacuzzi tub for a more intimate soak. We do a lot of cooking and found the kitchen well stocked w pans etc. The owners response to our request for a coffee maker was immediate (Keurig machine was in the cabin but we're not Keurig people). The arcade games were fun and my husband was bummed the driving game wasn't functional but that's probably because he lost at air hockey and couldn't escape to driving. Amongst the cabins on the property this is the easiest to access but a bit more exposed to local traffic. We were able to relax in a comfortable private space at a reasonable rate.

Poor Property Management
The drive way to our cabin was unaccessable, even in a SUV. There were leaves piled up and they were wet. We tried going up the driveway but it has an incline so the car just slid on the leaves due to no traction. Therefore we had to park at the cabin below us and walk up and down the hill to get to and from our cabin. We notified the owners and still nothing was done. There was not a rake or broom so that we could fix the problem either. Also when we arrived at the cabin there was not heat on at all. The cabin was 42 degrees inside. I understand saving electricity when no one is going to be there but when you have guest coming in you could atleast turn it to a reasonable temperature. We stayed in this same cabin last year and were really happy, so we were very disappointed in our experience this year.

Nice romantic cabin
Overall the cabin was really nice, private, clean and fairly close to town. The only two suggestions for the cabin would be for the porch to be screened in and the hot tub on the porch would have more powerfull jetsIf.

AMAZING!!
We came for a short stay, and we had a wonderful time here. This cabin has everything we needed for an awesome time, we barely had to leave! The hot tub and fireplace were wonderful, and the beds and pillows were comfy. Very clean and cozy!

Cabin was very nice!
The cabin is very nice! A little hard to find the first time and there isn’t much room to play pool with a normal pool stick. But other than that the cabin is very cute and private, we would stay here again.

The property was gorgeous!!
GPS took us straight to the cabin. It was very secluded just like we wanted but only about 15 minutes from Gatlingburgs main strip. It was clean and very nice! I called and spoke with the management company a few times and they were very nice and helpful. We did have to have someone come out for service for drains but they were prompt, effective and very nice to deal with! I will definitely be back!

Peaceful stay in the mountains
Cute cabin in the mountains. The driveway is very steep. There are neighboring cabins but is still feels very secluded. Only a 15-20 minute drive to either Gatlinburg or Pidgeon Forge. The hot tub was great on the back deck with the swing and rocking chair. The fireplace was nice and cozy on the 2 cold days we had, the kids loved getting in the hot tub and then roasting marshmallows in the fireplace. The king sized bed fit us very comfortably and the pool table upstairs was fun too. The only thing I wish it had was maybe a dryer to dry bathing suits and towels when it’s too cold outside to hang them on the porch to dry.

The cabin needs some updating and general maintenance.
There were light fixtures missing so the rooms were very dark. I used led lanterns so we could see in the bedroom. The downstairs toilet flushed very slowly when we arrived and only got worse until it didn’t flush at all. The fan above the pool table had a fan blade hanging so you couldn’t run the fan. It rained and the eaves trough were full of leaves so it was dripping on the steps to the front door.

Not what we were expecting
The loft area with the pool table was very small. It was impossible really to play a game of pool because there just wasn’t enough room. The kitchen was not supplied well with a decent amount of good pans, baking dishes, Tupperware, etc. Cabin could use some updates.

Much needed R&R
We came to the mountains to relax and get away from reality for a few days. The cabin was great, it was in a good location. It didn’t take long to get to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, but still felt secluded and away from everyone. Just enough room for my wife and I. We would most definitely consider this cabin again.

When the owners visited the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, TN in 2005, they were so impressed with the area such that they purchased cabins and homes that families could visit and enjoy for vacations and all types of other short term stays. When the owners purchased the Heavenly Views Resort in 2019, they were and are convinced that they have found the 8th Wonder Of The World. Pictures and videos do not give this resort justice. You must see and witness the majestic mountain views, the wonderful serenity, the awesome amenities and the vast amusement attractions for individuals and families. You will find few if any other resorts/areas in the United States that compare or come close.
