This pristine architectural gem is the perfect oasis for a memorable vacation.

The interior is a dream - open, cheerful, spacious - yet it also has an intimacy that encourages connection and fun as well as places to rest and recharge.
The lower level of this is graced by three beautifully decorated bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite. A TV lounging/living area with direct access to the pool.

The main level of the house includes a master bedroom, primary living room, great dining room, fireplaces, a gourmet eat-in kitchen that is well stocked and an outdoor eating area with BBQ grill and teak dining furniture.

Additionally there is a third level sleep-in loft/office space.

Enjoy the privacy of the ultimate sun deck in the backyard overlooking a 20 x 40 heated swimming pool surrounded with blue stone and large entertaining patio area plus a rare wide-open expansive lawn with beautiful landscaping, making the perfect setting for a relaxing afternoon and an enchanting evening.

Nearby is a bay beach within biking/walking distance. The ocean is a 10 minute drive, Sag Harbour 10 and Montauk a painless 20 minutes ride.

The house is professionally cleaned for each visit.

Wonderful stay!

The property is exactly how it’s described. This house is beautiful and spacious enough for three and couples and kids, well kept, well designed and clean. We spent hours playing in the pool, grilling and dining on the deck. The backyard is gorgeous and the bikes were a big plus and the short ride to the beach. Serene and soothing, it is the perfect getaway to unplug and relax. We also hit town and loved it - a ten minutes drive for great restaurants, shopping and people watching. This was one of the best (if not the best) rentals we have stayed in. Ron was an amazing host, kind and helpful in every way. I look forward to renting this place again in the future and definitely recommend it.
