Boat, Fish, Walk To The Beach On Little Lagoon

Fish and Swim from the dock or walk to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores. Enjoy the convenience of being so close to all Gulf Shores has to offer (5 minute walk to the hangout and all the restuarants). Launch your boat or jet ski at the shared boat launch and enjoy the Little Lagoon or venture out though the pass into the Gulf of Mexico. Larger deep draft boats are not recommended for navigating the pass into the Gulf. Enjoy the wonderful breezes as you sit in the swing under the house.

Recently renovated inside, water views from every window in the house. Enjoy the relaxing water views in the great room area. There is a 55" smart TV in the great room and a 32" TV in all four bedrooms. The master bedroom has its on bathroom and two other bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds with one of those having a futon bed and another with a cot in the closet. The great room has a queen sleeper couch and a ottoman that turns into a single bed. There is another bedroom that has its own entrance with a single sleeper couch. This room is everyone's favorite. There is another bathroom on the ground floor with an outdoor shower.

We are located one mile west of the heart of Gulf Shores and the intersection of Highway 59 and West Beach. We are close to many wonderful restaurants, outlet shopping, amusement parks, and excellent golf courses. A perfect area for riding bikes and walking. There is a store conveniently located at the end of the street. Free WiFi.

Amazing vacation

Our stay was outstanding. We were hoping for some rest and relaxation but also some fun in the sun. This location was perfect for us. Spent a ton of time fishing off the dock and caught a fair share. Enough to keep us entertained. Also caught a few crabs. Being able to walk or ride bikes to the beach and local stores and restaurants was great too. Our teenage kids loved the freedom to get out and explore without us parents. Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and the rest of the surrounding areas had plenty to offer everyone in our party so no one got bored even though we all have different interests. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely check its availability on our next trip to the area.

Great Location, Clean and Comfortable!

Our stay at this home was fabulous! House was clean and ready with AC pumping upon our arrival. Which made us happy. Landlord was very communicative and helpful. Although, we didn’t need him much as everything was in tip-top shape. We only needed the main bedrooms in the home, we did not use the extra room off the deck. Very close to a little grocery store and coffee shop and the beach is walking distance. We having stayed in this area before, did invest in a wagon this year prior to our trip to make toting the cooler, towlels, etc easier! We used Ike’s rentals for chair and umbrella service. It was a very relaxing place to spend a week!

Very nice neighborhood on little lagoon. Nice quiet place. Walking distance from beach,hangout and a coffee shop at the entrance of the neighborhood. Space between the houses was nice also. My son, nephew and their cousin caught several different species of fish of the private pier in the back yard. Nice place. Owner was very pleasant and responsive. 5 out of 5.

Perfect Trip!

Super cute, conveniently located, spacious beach house. Large family room/kitchen/dining area to hangout. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Lots of parking. Bedrooms suited our group fine with even more pull-outs & roll-away we didn’t need, but great to have. Owner is very communicative & easy to work with. Will definitely return & recommend to others!

I have been visiting this area since I was a boy. When we came to look at the house, I found out that it had belonged to Snap. A man that took me deep sea fishing when I was 9. I felt it was destined that we own it. When we were looking at the house to buy, we walked into the fourth bedroom and there on the wall was a picture that was painted by my sister. Wow! We have owned it now for 8 years and have meet some really nice people. We lived in the house the first 2 years and we loved walking everywhere in this area.
Going to the beach early in the morning and late in the evening, with the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Fishing was another perk to this houses location. Simply step out on the pier at night and catch nice speckle trout. The food the area is awesome and with-in walking distance, so no parking fees or parking hassles. Pier 33 which is a convenient store, at the end of the street, has a coffee shop which is wonderful. In the evenings, if your looking for entertainment, just walk to the Hangout and seat down and enjoy the music. Our place offers what a condo can not, and that is privacy and direct access to water. Close to everything but yet in a peaceful neighborhood. If you pick us then you will be very happy with your choice.

Close to everything. You can walk to town with several restaurants available. You can launch your boat and enjoy the lagoon or walk across the street to the beach and enjoy the Gulf. Has a shared boat launch for small boats and is close to a kayak rental place where you can walk there and kayak back. They also have bikes rentals. We also have bicycles on site that guests are welcome to use.
