Quiet Breton house close to the sea

Between land and sea, we welcome you to our house in an old typically Breton farmhouse and completely renovated.
The house in a light and warm style includes 2 bedrooms to accommodate 4 people. The setting is green and calm and children can play freely.
The beach, 600m away, is also the starting point for discovering the coastline on either side of the Pointe de Mousterlin from where you can enjoy the different landscapes offered by the tide throughout the day.

Parfait

De nouveau un très agréable séjour dans cette propriété très proche d’une grande plage de sable. Un accueil chaleureux et discret, de belles promenades dans les environs, une ambiance paisible et silencieuse. Le jardin mis à disposition est ombragé ce qui était fort agréable avec la chaleur de ce début de juillet. La boulangerie est à 900 m. Bref un îlot de sérénité avec tout le nécessaire à proximité.

Calme et repos.

Séjour reposant. Mer à 10 min à pied. Plage familiale. Plein de balades pied et vélo dans les environs. Campagne, maison ancienne, isolé mais chaleureuse... Adeptes du carrelage gris : passez votre chemin.

Excellente situation géographique pour visiter

Logement spacieux mais avec une déco vieillissante et une petite cuisine. Une véranda et une terrasse pour les repas très agréables. Très proche d’autres habitations de la propriété mais sans vis à vis. Facile de se garer avec un jardin à disposition. Une très belle plage à pied. Très proche de Bénodet. Très calme. S’il vous manque quelque chose, n’hésitez pas à demander, propriétaire très serviable. Le coin est idéal pour des ballades à vélo.

Wie es sein sollte.....

Die Einrichtung ist zwar ein wenig "in die Jahre gekommen", aber zweckmäßig. Jedenfalls wie beschrieben. Das perfekte Objekt für eine Familie mit Kindern. Sehr nette Vermieter. Super Kommunikation.

Property was ok but lacked some basic facilities

We expected to have basic things like a kettle. Being required to keep the place clean basic cleaning materials were not provided We loved the quite location and the beautiful beach and it's surrounding countryside. The loan of bikes was very good and area ideal for biking and very flat. Communication with the owner was not easy, he advertised speaking English but did not.

Douce Bretagne

Pour les amoureux de la nature et de l'océan, cette location est idéale : la plage est à 5 mn à pied, mais aussi, le GR 34, les pistes cyclables, la forêt et un endroit magique : la mer blanche. Benodet, Quimper et Concarneau sont tout proches. La maison est particulièrement calme, confortable et très bien équipée. Le propriétaire est charmant : il nous a accueillis avec un gâteau breton et nous a gentiment prêté des bicyclettes. Nous recommandons vivement!

Calme et agreable

Tres bonne situation en Bretagne, proche de la petite station de Benodet, de la pointe du Beg Meil, du charmant village de Fouesnant, des paysages magnifiques, une mer bleue qui n'a rien a envier a la Méditerranée 😊 Proche d'une belle plage fréquentée par des locaux (peu de touristes) et d'une plage naturiste La maison est fonctionnelle, elle a du charme, 2 chambres mansardées, des poutres au plafond dans le sejour, une véranda vitrée agréable, le mobilier est simple, la salle de bains a besoin d'un coup de neuf, il manque un congélateur dans la cuisine, déception aussi sur le barbecue qui est électrique , un vrai barbecue ne serait pas du luxe. La propriété est très grande avec des petits chemins privés tres agréables pour des ballades. Les propriétaires très sympathiques habitent la propriété (qui est grande) avec un acces different, ils mettent a disposition des velos, grand jardin, acces privé, le cadre est magnifique

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr netter Vermieter

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Bretagne. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Es ist ruhig gelegen, mit viel grün und Garten drumherum. Wir wurden sehr nett von Monsieur Jacq empfangen. Zu einem schönen Strand gelangt man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Das Meer eignet sich auch für Kinder sehr gut zum Baden. Die umliegenden Orte und Städte sind auch eine Reise wert und mit dem Auto ohne viel Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Unser Ziel: Da wollen wir wieder hin.

Great location near a lovely beach

We spent two weeks at this gite with our two children aged 10 and 8. The gite was very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to use the lovely garden. The gite is in a fantastic location for families, with lots of great cycling nearby and a beautiful beach at the end of the road. Mr Jacq was a very friendly and helpful host. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend this gite!

Superbe location

Gite très agréable bien équipé et très propre , bien situé au calme a la fois en pleine campagne et a 5 minutes en vélo de la plage; Nous avons apprécié les vélos mis a disposition des hôtes . Très sympathique accueil du propriétaire :délicieux far breton et cidre a l'arrivée. Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables avec nos petits enfants. Claude et Solange L. Paris
