Near the center of the Bourboule and its spa (900m), shops (400m)
At the heart of the Auvergne volcano park: the chain of volcanic hills, lakes, Vulcania ....
At the foot of the Sancy, near the Mont Dore 5 km (Alpine ski resort), the awning Ordanche, the Charlannes tray with hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing, playful aqua center Bourboule , the media library, the Fenestre park and numerous activities for children, mountain views.

DESCRIPTION:
Chalet of 115 m2 on two levels comprising:
DRC: 1 fitted kitchen and living room open on Sat.,
SAM with a rustic table and 8 chairs, 1 + 1 maie living room lamp.
Lounge with 3-seater bench, three chairs and two ottomans, coffee table, TV stand +, DVD player, CD radio, bedside lamp +.
1 bedroom of 11 m2 (1 bed 140 + 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe) with terrace and garden.
Bathroom (walk-in shower, washbasin)
Separate toilet,
A utility room with washing machine.
Floor: 1 large room 25 m2 (4 beds 90+ cot + 3 bedside tables with lamps, storage)
12m2 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 + 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, chair).

Une semaine passée dans ce gîte très bien équipé avec enfants et petits enfants qui ne souhaitent que d'y revenir l'année prochaine ! Accueil chaleureux et de bons conseils pour les restaurants et attractions (ex. parc Fenestre pour tout un A.M. et de très belles ballades dans les environs) Vraiment à recommander.

Chalet spacieux pour 4 adultes et 3 enfants. Il est chaleureux et convivial, on se sent à la maison dés le départ. Petit bémol car il manque un séche linge qui peut être très pratique.Mais sinon nous le recommandons sans problème .2eme séjour pour nous dans ce chalet et il restera notre favoris

chalet parfait !
Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants a passé notre week end dans ce chalet et nous n'avons manqué de rien ! tout était parfait des lits jusqu'à la grande table du salon en passant par tous les ustensiles de cuisine.... nous pouvons juste noter que l'accès doit être difficile en période de neige surtout avec une voiture basse... mais c'est en effet le seul défaut à noter pour notre part.

superbe chalet très bien équipé
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour même si nous n'avions pas de neige. Chalet spacieux, très bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité. Très bonne literie. Douche à l'italienne ++. Il est bien situé entre Intermarché et le centre ville. Nous pouvons aller chercher le pain à pied.

Un coin de paradis en Auvergne
Superbe semaine passee dans ce chalet..on s'y sent bien..il est confortable, chaleureux ; rien ne manque..l'environnement est sympa avec beaucoup de verdure et très tranquille. .on est tout près du centre de la Bourboule et proche des sites touristiques auvergnats..la famille a apprécié et veut revenir.à bientot dans cette belle région
