Clean and cozy private room in West Vancouver with private bathroom, closet, wifi, tv and plenty of free street parking available.
Guests will have access to all other facilities including the kitchen, washing machine/dryer, living room and backyard.
Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of great restaurants, pubs, shopping and public transportation within 3 blocks. Also close to everything:
UBC - 10 minutes drive
Granville Island/downtown Vancouver - 15 minutes drive
Vancouver International Airport - 18 minutes drive

Make yourself at home and I'll be here to help with whatever you may need, but you will also have all the privacy you need.

Quiet clean nice place to stay

This was my n the perfect location for us and everything was as described. Jasmine was helpful and gracious even as we arrived very late-after concert we attended. Thanks for everything.

The room was very basic with cheap furnishings. No TV, chair or workplace. some towels/sheets were threadbare. There was auto hotwater system right out side bedroom that was very noisy. Mold/chips in shower. Also had my bike stolen off the back of my car 1st night :( Nice quite neighbourhood and close to a few restaurants within walking distance.

Great location, great privacy

The location could not have been better for our time in Vancouver! The room was comfortable and quiet, as well. Jasmine had neglected to send us the code for the front door before arrival, but she was there to let us in. She showed us to our room but didn't show us the kitchen or TV room, although those had been mentioned in other reviews. We didn't feel free to inquire about them later-- even when we asked someone where we could put our garbage midweek, we felt like we were imposing. In short, the location and cost were ideal. The communication around amenities and basic things like checking in need some review.

Really nice room. One suggestion is for the property owner to reach out sooner to confirm and give any check in instructions. Once we connected with Jasmine, she was responsive and fantastic.

Great location for us but lacked the basics

Jasmine was a very nice person, but didn't have the essentials one expects. She did not provide the check-in information when she said she would...I had to contact her for it the day before we arrived, as we hadn't heard anything yet. At the house a bath mat, a mirror in the bedroom, a water glass and soap at the bathroom sink, a garbage can in the bedroom (the small one in the bathroom was entirely inadequate for a five day stay for two people), a cold fridge where we could put our milk into when we arrived...she had it unplugged!...or at least ice so we could have a cold drink were all missing. We were told we could use the TV in the living room (as there wasn't one in the bedroom), but she had no idea how to use it, so we had to find a bar during the first period of the St. Louis Blues' winning the Stanley Cup...luckily we found one. However, the bottled water left in our room was nice! A couple of these issues were addressed which was appreciated, although late (the ice and the tv). We wondered why we were only given one bath towel after three days when there were two of us (to share??), but no facecloths were included. There were items from other guests under the bed, and also balls of dust (I have pics since I've never seen any that big before)! That being said, the location was perfect for us and Jasmine was a pleasant host. The fan helped cool down a hot room as there was no air conditioning. I hope she takes the suggestions she was given so future guests will have a better experience.

4 Night Stay

As described, Jasmine’s property is a short walk to many amenities, and an excellent bus route. She allowed us to leave our luggage for an evening flight, which was much appreciated. The room was very comfortable. Jasmine responded promptly to all our enquires.

Favorable location. The room was very basic. No TV, coffee, hand soap, or any of the amenities one expects when travelling. The bath tub had obviously not been cleaned, as there were hairs all over the tub, and the bath mat was scrunched up like it had not been touched after the last use.

Beautiful home, perfect location

We stayed at Jasmine's beautiful home twice, either side of a trip to Vancouver Island. The location was in a delightful neighbourhood with a short stroll to nearby restaurants and shops, 20 mins to a little more. Great public transport access to Granville, Downtown and Grouse Mountain/Capalino - no need for a car. Returning back was like coming home with use of kitchen and gorgeous outside space to relax and unwind. Jasmine was warm and welcoming and we would hope to return next time we are in Vancouver. Very nice!
