First family beach trip

Aqua Vista 503e
This was my first time staying here, my wife and mother n law have stayed here several times and they love it.now I know why.this was one of the nicest room I've ever stayed in pcb.it was exceptionally clean and fully stocked.tons of room and great view. Underground parking was a delight. No waiting on elevators.had a great time and no complaints..looking forward to coming back next year.

The condo is roomy, clean, and private. The ocean view is fabulous. The location is ideal as it's centrally located to the shops, restaurants, and directly across the street from Winn Dixie. We look forward to booking here again next year.

What a beautiful view and a great stay
This place was so nice just like the pictures the view was so die for. My only bad thing to say about this place. More and more rentals feel like hotels in the way that they only provide you with one roll of toilet per bathroom. When you stay in a place with 4 girls you need more than one roll

Great condo!
The view of the beach is beautiful! The condo is very nice… there were a couple of issues with the bathroom sinks, in that the stoppers were stuck, but we got around that. The A/C was cold and kept us comfy day and night. We had some issues with the beach gate code, but it was nice having private beach access! The parking was nice, in that it was under the condo and our car was covered. Would I stay here again? Yes!! I would probably try and get a corner condo, to be able to see more of the beautiful coast!

Coffee pot didnt work sliding glass door was inoperable and took 2 grown men to get it open. Broken mirror backsplashes, ceramic tile sticking up. Recliner arm broken. Kitchen sink faucet handle broken.

The location and access to the beach was awesome. Then, grocery shopping just across the street. Parking was the best. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony.

Maintenance Issues but overall nice
When we arrived we notified the property of water coming out of the AC unit and flooding the floor, the water leaking under the sink in one of the bathrooms, one ceiling fan barely hanging on by a wire and the toilet continuously running, we did not getting anyone onsite to fix it until our last day there-we were staying 6 nights. When I would call they said they sent someone “but no one was in the room” or they could not “contact us”. We were here for the Gulf Coast Jam and not in our room very much, but this should not have kept them from fixing those issues. Other than those items the room was nice, clean and the perfect fit for our stay.

Spring break
Unit nice with great views and clean. Some issues with broken closet door and toilet. Called manager which wasn’t on site or maintenance with no response. I temporarily fixed toilet. Also gate to beach had an access code that kept malfunctioning not opening to allow access to or off beach. ( this happened to a lot of guests not just us) I finally just jammed gate open so it couldn’t close. The steps to beach are long and steep I don’t recommend for people that has disibillities or elderly. But all and all I had an enjoyable stay.

Poor Rental management
The condo its self is absolutely beautiful. Beautiful location as well. I have stayed here before at these condominiums but I will not be using Vacasa rental agency again. I was notified 2 days before check in some construction and when I arrived I had to climb 5 flights of steps daily with my children. I had construction men hanging from my balcony which invaded my privacy. I paid months ago for this condo and paid for the balcony view which was restricted as well. The noise from construction was so loud my family had to scream at each other to talk to each other all week. It started by 8 am and didn’t end til after 6 pm. They old paint dust flying everywhere in the air as well. I didn’t have access to none of the amenities they offered as well. First day of arrival I called Vacasa only to be hung up on by their customer service. I have emailed over and over and no resolution. I even left my condo a day early. I work to hard to have my money go to waste. Thanks Vacasa your company ruined my family vacation that I worked hard for.

Aqua vista stay
We love this location! So quiet and not throngs of people. Not waiting on elevators is a huge plus. This was our third stay at aqua vista and we were not disappointed. We were told of the construction and was anticipating a lot of noise and mess. It was still a wonderful trip and we are excited to come back next year and see the final result!

Disappointing Stay
While we enjoyed our time in Panama City this was by far our worst experience renting through VRBO. Property was dated and door handle to balcony broken on arrival and fell out within 3 days. Our access code to parking quit working after 4 days and beach access code wouldn't work to get back to the property. We had to call and text to get access the day of arrival at 4 pm our check in time and received the welcome text with the door code at 9:30 pm that night. Parking was a nightmare because of construction and the 1 elevator for the whole property was sketchy. Will not use Vacasa again or stay at Aquavista.

Not the greatest
Needs to be closed for overall remodeling. Several things did not work, toilet off of one bedroom did not flush unless you removed the bowl cover, ceiling fan in one bedroom was very wabbly and we were afraid to use it, clothes iron did not work, clock on wall would not keep time, drains in bathrooms would not drain, old dirty looking decor, and the main complaint was that the keypad door lock wax lose and hanging crooked and would not work very well. Tv in bwdroom would not show a picture, only sound, plenty of towels but no wash clothes. Doorlock to balcony was lose and would not close very well.

Accurate listing. Hot water didn’t last very long, and elevator is a little sketchy, but great location if you are looking for a more relaxing vacation to panama.
