Two bedroom, two bathroom condo within walking distance to downtown Ketchum, the trail system, bus stop and YMCA. The condo is two story with one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and one bedroom and bathroom upstairs with no other condo above. The front door entrance is ground level. Both bedrooms have a enclosed porch/balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances. Also, all linens are provided. We are pet friendly and extra charges apply.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Super comfortable beds! Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Unit is walkable to town. Great little neighborhood with very nice people all around.
We had a wonderful stay at this spot in Ketchum. The communication leading up to our stay was outstanding and everything was set and ready to go upon our arrival.
The apartment is comfortable, very well equipped and from our perspective is in an ideal location... in immediate proximity to the river, parks, restaurants and a short walk to downtown. Thanks to the owners for doing their part to making our stay in Ketchum so enjoyable.

It is a pleasant location, quiet, everything is close, no problem with parking . If you are looking for a good place and enjoying your vacation, this condo is comfortable to stay.
We loved our stay here. The apartment was adorable, conveniently outfitted with all the amenities we needed for a long term stay.
It was a short walk in to town and a very short drive to the slopes. Could not have been better!
Quiet, well-appointed condo in a great location with high-speed internet
We had such a great stay at this condo in Ketchum. The location is excellent with close proximity to town, the ski mountain, river access, and a big field for our dog to play. The unit is in a quiet corner of the complex with ground-floor entry. We especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace, great layout, and extremely fast internet for working remotely. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We would recommend this condo to anyone!
We had a great time staying here. The condo is well located -- across the street from the YMCA, right on the bike trail and easy walking/riding to anywhere in Ketchum.
Everything was clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, wifi strong and kitchen well equipped for cooking.
We can't wait to come back!

We purchased our condo in 2012 because we wanted to have our own vacation home to visit our newly born granddaughter. Our son and daughter in law live and work in Ketchum, Idaho.
We are retired historic hotel owners from Silver City New Mexico. Since retiring we moved to Florence, Arizona and live in the 55+ community of Anthem at Merrill ranch where we own long term rental homes.
Why they chose this property
We chose our condo because of the location. If we were to fly into the airport, we could walk to town, take a walk on the trail system which is just outside our complex, or take the bus. Summer or winter, we have walked to the many restaurants!
What makes this property unique
Again, the location is perfect for us! The condo complex is named Parkside because a large park is just next to our complex. Just a block and a half is Kiwanis Park which is on the Big Wood River. Our condo's entry door is ground level, having the living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom with full bathroom on the same level. Upstairs is a large bedroom with loveseat and 3/4 bath. Both bedrooms have a outdoor porch.
