Great location with all you need
We always like staying at Wildwood and this unit was great for what we needed. Kitchen was well-stocked, bed was comfortable and loved being able to bring our dog. The walkability to town, and proximity to the Snowflake lift makes the location unbeatable.

Fun with son.
Property was in a great location. Check in and out were easy even at a late night arrival. Love the little deck! Linens and towels very clean and presented well. Plastic shower curtain needs to be tossed and the tub is leaking. Minor issues. Parking is a definite challenge. Overall, it was lovely. Thank you!

Not a ski in ski out
Ski in hike out is more like it. Not as advertised. In additydeadbolt code box died leaving us locked out for multiple hours with our dog locked inside. I called multiple people and it took hours for someone to come help us. Would never recommend staying here.

Never again!
Not a ski in, ski out. You can ski most the way back and walk a block. You have to walk the equivalent of 4-5 blocks, more than half of it up hill. Worst shower I have ever used, takes forever to get hot water, then it goes from scolding to freezing the whole time you are showering. Coach is worn out and very uncomfortable. Thermostat is on an outside wall so room temperature varies greatly.

Meh
Great location, can’t be beat. We were able to walk to Main Street everyday and it’s a very easy walk. The apartment complex is decent. The apartment itself is not clean. Couch needs replaced and the entire apartment smelt like dog pee. It needs a good carpet cleaning and overall very deep cleaning. Bed was decent but not the best. Struggled to get hot water when showering. We were also asked to leave our room for about 20 minutes because the complex was getting inspected, and we weren’t given a heads up from the property owner which was frustrating as we had to let a stranger in without notice. A decent place if you’re on a budget, we just felt gross sitting on the furniture and walking on the carpet.

Location, Location!
Great little condo with an awesome location. Appliances are in good shape with a full-size fridge, stove and microwave. Came with plenty of coffee filters for the coffee pot and extra trash bags. Condo 209 sits right on the river and the sounds are awesome. The condo had plates, silverware, pots/pans and a toaster. No baking sheets if you are into that sort of thing. The condo is dated, chair has a broken leg and the only bed is a full-size and very uncomfortable. We stayed 5 nights and left a day early, which my back thanked me for. There wasn’t a parking pass in the condo and the parking patrol are strict about it so make sure you get one. The creek/river balcony view abs the walking distance to everything downtown Breck made the condo have more upsides than down. You can’t beat not having to search for parking.

Extended weekend getaway
Waking up to the sounds of a rippling creek outside of your window is the perfect way to wake up. The location was perfect to walk to the shopping area. It rained pretty much every day we were there but that didn’t stop us from exploring Breckinridge and surrounding cities. The only negative was a grumpy tenant (I’m assuming permanent tenant) hollered at me while I was trying to calm my dog down. He hollered aggressively from his room that he was trying to sleep… this was at about 11am on a Friday. We plan on staying here again next year and would recommend it regardless of a grumpy tenant.

Excellen t location
Ok - enjoyed the 2 night quick stay - had our 2 dogs with us so only got one full day in on the slopes - but all good - Left the windows open and the heat off so it felt great - Was not a ski in - ski out due to the snow melt behind the creek but no problem - Drove to the gondola and paid $10. A great place to sleep for a party of 2 . If you want all new features then not your place. If you are cool with a solid place to stay while you crush the mountain and surrounding areas then this is perfect for you. Cheers

Great Location
Just a stone’s throw from Snowflake lift. If you really wanted a ski in-ski out, get a first floor location, then it would be perfect. The hot tub was lukewarm, but it was also -13 outside, so maybe it just couldn’t keep up. We had to call customer service to get a new key code for the hot tub, I think it’s okay to post here but I’ll tell you that the code is not 8822… if that’s what was on your confirmation email you have to call to get the updated code. Great location as far as walking distance from downtown area, good facilities, especially the sauna downstairs. It comes equipped with a nice kitchen. All said, if I were to come back I’d try to get a downstairs first floor place.

The location is great for our needs. The problem of inadequate hot water for showering is a chronic problem. It is due to the common hot water system inability to handle demands during high demand times.

3-star accommodation in a 5-star location
Location is great at the bottom of a ski run called The Four O'clock, so you can go home for lunch (you'll probably want someone to drive you back to the ski lift, though) and get to your place without the traffic of the 4 o'clock rush. It's also about a 1/2 mile walk to downtown, so you don't have to drive to dinner or shopping. As far as accommodations, though: If you or your friends like to sleep on the letter W, then consider the couch bed your place to live. 3 adults is too many for this tiny place crammed with boxes and cleaning supplies. The shower blasts frigid, then lava hot, especially at high-use times. The WiFi? We had to re-set it every day, and it went out at high-use times (which also takes out the TV). Minimal kitchen supplies. To get the dishwasher to run, you may have to toggle the breaker a couple of times (breaker box behind the painting in the kitchen). There's no manual for the place, so you have to ask your neighbors some of the ins and outs of the area. There's a landline phone there that doesn't work; it's just in the kitchen taking up space. And the plug beside the couch doesn't work. And the heater? Sheesh, don't even turn it on. It's lava hot in there, in spite of a fix they gave it while we were there. The building is warm enough that you don't need heat in your tiny cupboard anyway. BUT, the maintenance guys were super friendly. And the other dog people at the complex were nice. If you just want A location for two of you to sleep (as long as you're not on that "W") and maybe you want to fix a microwave meal, but mostly you are here to ski your buns off, then this place will be a win for you. If you're looking for a lot of amenities and comfort, you might want to find another place to stay. Depends on your priorities.

Great location, upkeep could be better
The location is great, a short walk to everything and right on the creek which was great white noise. Unfortunately, when we arrived the condo was not clean. There was white fur on everything. I sat down to put on hiking boots and was covered in fur. The blankets and couch also had fur on it. I called Vacasa and they said they would send someone to vacuum. They never did. We found a vacuum and tried to do it ourselves but it didn't work. There was dust on the blinds, surfaces and the lights. And 2 dead moths on various windowsills as well as pretzel crumbs on the floor. Since everything is being cleaned for covid, we found it unlikely that such a cleaning was given to this unit. The microwave didn't work, the sink was clogged and took several minutes to drain and when the temperature dropped we tried putting on the heat but that also was not functioning. All of this aside, we still managed to have a good time and would recommend the condo based on location should the owner/property management company spruce the place up a bit.
