15 minutes from Vannes, near the sea 100m, beach 300m and 300m from the village: charming little duplex, neat deco in Breton residence on 1 floor. Private parking space in the residence.
The apartment is on the 1st and last floor and includes an entrance, a living room fully equipped kitchen, small balcony for lunch in the sun, bathroom, toilet and small room bed sofa 1 person + 1 bed drawer 1 person.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140cm for 2 people.
Provision of 2 adult bikes, 1 child bike, 2 scooters (many bike paths), tennis rackets (tennis court in residence), board games and beach games. TV, no wifi, linen not provided;

séjour très agréable
Idéalement situé, fonctionnel, cosy et très propre. Stéphanie est très réactive et accommodante. Arrivée et départ facilités par la boite à clefs. A noter : pour les personnes âgées ou à difficulté de mobilité, l'escalier pour la chambre principale est très raide et les marches peu profondes.

A 50 metres de la plage a gauche et 10 metres du centre-ville à droite. Emplacement ideal.
1 jour sur 2 : plage 1 jour sur 2 visites : Vannes, Quiberon, Carnac, Rochefort en terre, la Roche Bernard, Broceliandre, Saint Philibert et meme le Mont Saint Michel a 2h15 de route

Très bien placé !
Bonne adresse! L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 2 pas de la plage et 5 minutes des commerces à pied. L'endroit est également parfait pour découvrir la région. Agréable, fonctionnel et bien situé.
L'appartement est très propre, très bien organisé et possède 3 chambres séparées, ce qui n'est pas négligeable, ainsi qu'un petit balcon/terrasse. La propriétaire nous a également mis à disposition 3 vélos, et nous avons profité du terrain de tennis quasiment tous les jours. Ne manque que la vue sur mer!

Nous avons passé un court séjour mais avons pu apprécier la fonctionnalité de ce duplex. Tous les équipements utiles sont à disposition et notre hôte nous a parfaitement guidé et accompagné dans la procédure de départ et arrivée. Rien à redire sur la propreté. Le logement est aussi bien situé entre la mer et le centre bourg.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement était très agréable, nous y reviendrons volontiers si l'occasion se présente. Le centre ville est à deux pas, le sentier côtier est très agréable et pas mal de chose à disposition pour la plage dans l'appartement. Nous avons été accueillis par les parents de la propriétaire, ce sont des personnes très sympathiques et disponibles. Quand à Stéphanie nous l'avons vu le jour de notre départ, très accueillante aussi.

Placé à quelques centaines de mètres des plages et du centre de Damgan, l'appartement est très fonctionnel. De nombreuses animations dans cette petite ville agréable pour toute la famille.

We had a wonderful time in Damgan
We ha a wonderful week of holiday in Damgan. The location of this flat was convenient. This village had everything we needed for a holiday with kids - a beach nearby, shopping possibilities and ice cream ;-) We did some tours, e.g. to visit Mont St. Migel. Therefore the location was very good as well. The communication with Stephanie was very good and always helpful. We can recommend this location to every other familiy. Andreas
