Urlaub in Boulouris (St.Raphael, Frankreich)

schön ( persönlich) und funktional eingerichtete Wohnung. Wohnung befindet sich in der 2. Etage. Das Schlafzimmer +Bad befinden sich in der Mansarde, zu erreichen über eine ausreichende breite, etwas steile Wendeltreppe. Wohnung daher für Menschen mit Gehproblemen eher nicht zu empfehlen. Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich vorhanden, im Schlafzimmer leider nicht, so dass wir nach den ersten Nächten auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer geschlafen haben. Swimmingpool der Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben ihn aber auch nicht genutzt(gebraucht), da wir sowieso das Meer zum Baden vorziehen. Strand ist in etwa 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplätze in der Anlage ausreichend vorhanden. Trotz der kleineren Kritikpunkte hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.Würden das Objekt jederzeit gerne wieder buchen.

Bonnes vacances

Nous avons séjourné 4 semaines dans l'appartement de Madame Baillet. L'appartement est très propre, conforme aux photos publiées. Le logement est très bien équipé, peut être un petit bémol pour la literie pour les personnes residant 1 mois et ayant des problèmes de dos. La résidence est calme malgré les 250 logements. Le quartier étant qualifié de résidentiel, vous ne trouverez que des commerces de proximité à 1km. La plage est à environ 6 minutes à pied. Globalement, nous avons passé un bon séjour hormis un problème de serrure et bip d'accès à la piscine qui ne fonctionnait plus. La propriétaire n'étant pas sur place vous ne la rencontrerez pas...dommage. Une suggestion : poser une boîte à clés faciliterait l'arrivée de tous.

Avons passé 15 jours en juillet 2021 dans cette location située à 5 minutes à pied d'une petite plage agréable avec douche et possibilité de petite restauration. Propreté irréprochable de l'appartement avec beaucoup de vaisselle. Balcon avec store permettant de déjeuner à 4 personnes. Résidence calme avec grande piscine et parking fermé. Location à recommander

Appartement sympathique et calme pour une semaine de vacances. Proche de la mer et belle piscine dans la résidence. Peux-être qu'une touche de décoration plus moderne serait appréciée, avec un peu moins d'effets personnels.

Appartement très agréable avec de bonnes prestations.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au "hameau des Pins"' piscine à proximité et mer à 300 m. Nous avons très peu pris la voiture ce qui est fort agréable. De plus la propriétaire est bien à l'écoute de ses locataires. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse.

Magnifique location

Une superbe location, un appartement propre, arrangé avec goût où rien ne manque. Un très bon accueil de la propriétaire et toute sa gentillesse. 15 jours parfaits dans ce bel endroit calme et reposant. A 200 mètres de la Péguière, une piscine dans le lotissement, bref un séjour idéal. A recommander et nous reviendrons c'est sûr !

Location bien située, près MER et PLAGE' avec préférence pour plage Beau Rivage' '' , résidence calme au cadre verdoyant', appreciable ! Proche commerces . Appartement tout comfort, impeccable. Bonnes adresses, marché de Boulouris. Restaurant le Lamparo, le Touring', pizzeria Roma... après certaines bonnes adresses sur Frejus, : Kazzar club lounge, sky bar et le Milan Visite ville romaine de Frejus Nous ne manquerons pas de vous ajouter à notre liste Favoris.
