Lovely 2 BR 2 BA in the heart of Simpson Bay, close to beach etc.

This is a very lovely and spacious 2 BR 2 BA with Porch in the heart of Simpson Bay.

Location: You will find in walking distance all manner of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and everything else you could possibly want. One of the best beaches on the island is a 150 yards away across the street. We are so central located that you do not need a rental car at all, public transportation is close by and you really can save the money and spend it on another drink or two at the beach bar.

Apartment: 3 TV's, wifi, and a bottle of whatever you want in the frig when you arrive. Spanking new bathrooms, big kitchen with all you need, own washer and dryer inside the unit. Beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler will be provided too ...

So that's all the good news... The bad news is that we are picky about who we rent to. This is not a spring break crash pad. It is a nicely set up good quality place where we expect adult behavior and responsibility. No loud music in the middle of the night as the location is residential. It's a strict 4 person max and we probably will not accept kids under 12. There's simply too much damage liability associated with them and if they cause damage like painting the walls in rainbow colors it might be a hustle to get this fixed before the next rental arrives. So we rather pass on this.

We also have a strict "no refunds " policy. Don't book unless you already have your flights, travel insurance and know you are going to get here. Based on our long experiences as hosts too many people book the best dates at multiple places through multiple sides and then cancel the ones they don't want later on. We don't allow that.

It's a great place and a great location and you won't be disappointed... Having said this here is one honest warning: If you have a walking disability this place is not for you. The apartment is located on a steep hill , you need to be aware of this. I promise you, if you walk up and down the hill a couple of times during a day you will really have deserved your drink ...

Also please inquire if there will be a parking spot available for you before you book. In theory there are two parking spots, one for this apartment and one for the one on the 2nd. floor, but unless you are a parking Houdini, when there is already a car parked the second parking will be very tricky to almost impossible.

Btw, you are dealing directly with the owner who lives 15 minutes away, not some rental agents or management company that you can't get on the phone when you need them.
