About this property

Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the premier condo complexes in all of Panama City Beach!

This beautiful unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit comes stocked with newly updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom.

The master bedroom comes equipped with a king size bed and a 40 inch flat screen TV. The master bathroom has dual vanities, a walk in shower, and a separate tub.

The second bedroom comes with a king size bed and a TV in it. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combo in it.

An extra twin size bunk bed is in the hallway

The living room has a pullout sleeper sofa.

Enjoy the beautiful beaches and breathtaking sunsets from the large balcony.

ABOUT Grand Panama:

Property features two pools, two hot tubs, on-site tiki bars, on-site dining and shopping, exercise room, kiddie pool, coffee and ice cream shop, business center, meeting room, covered parking, WiFi hot spots.

From our upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf.

Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center.

Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $50 flat resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30. Motorcycle parking passes will remain at $15.

Great place great price

The property was exactly as pictured. The view was amazing and all the staff was extrwmely nice, from the security guards, to the house keepers, even the nartender at the tiki hut. Will definitely be staying again very soon.

Quick spring break getaway!

We enjoyed the condo and common areas. The only issue would be the noise is awful at night and early morning if you stay in a room by front door or on bunk beds. You hear everything! Maybe bring earplugs if you’re sleeping in those areas. We would stay here again though either way! If you park on parking lot level with walkover then you will be directly by the door! Very easy to get to!

great stay with beautiful view

i have to say the floors were filthy with dog hair over all the rugs! Thought this was a pet free unit? The one lounge chair on our balcony was broke so unable to use. The vacuum needs a new filter!! My shower curtain had mold on it! One hand towel to use for my 4 week stay. Also need a room darkening cover for window in bed 2. Everyone needs darkness to sleep! Other than that enjoyed my stay with beautiful view of sunset every night. Yes would stay again if my concerns were taken care of. Have a good day.

Relaxing week

Thank you for allowing us to stay on this property. We have stayed here several times before and like the area. The condo was clean and what we expected. A few issues, but nothing major. The cleaning lady was late finishing the property but did a good job and the Internet stopped working several days. But still had a great time. Weather was perfect and the management people were friendly.

Great condo great location

The 5th floor was perfect. Didn’t have to take the elevator from the parking garage and that was awesome. The condo could use some new items in the kitchen but overall it was fine. Loved the large balcony. We had two issues that were attended to immediately and they were both rectified quickly.

Loved this place!

Loved the condo, especially the view! Easy access to the beach, pool and hot tub. On the main road so had many choices for restaurants and shopping . Was told the next time we come to Florida to book through the condo to receive the book with lots of free coupons!!

Great Vacation Week

Have stayed at the Grand Panama Resort in the past and this condo was awesome. It was very clean and all the beds were very comfortable. We absolutely loved the hug deck drinking coffee in the mornings. The condo is on the 5th floor which is the same floor as the walkway over to the parking lot. Would highly reccommend this condo. The host was very easy to work with,

Gorgeous view! Convenient location

The view was beautiful, pool is excellent, tiki bar was good and ocean was perfect. We enjoyed eating at Shrimp Basket which was close and Dat Cajun Place which was excellent! Highly recommend! Condo was roomy and nice. 👍👍

Perfect location & view , cleanliness needs ALOT of work

Great location, great view! 5th floor right off the elevator & parking garage. Location could not be anymore perfect!!! But, The cleaning crew needs to be let go. Also, microwave above the range was broke. Obviously they knew about it because they also had one on the counter. Too nice of a condo to let it go like that. Orange stains on 2nd bedroom sheets, mattress protector of master bedroom was disgusting. Our only other complaint was the main pool was shutdown for 2 days for maintenance. 2 full days out of 6 is a lot!

Good but needs a deep clean

The property was very nicely decorated. It was quiet and the refrigerator/freezer was nice and COLD. The 5th floor is a perfect location. THE ONE down side is the place needs a deep clean! When we arrived the appliances were all wiped down with streaks all over them. The kitchen floor had crumbs and pieces of food that were left behind! The family room had food under the couch and the table had a piece of unwrapped candy. Under the beds have not seen a vacuum in a long time! The master shower had mold growing on the seat. Overall, if they hired competent people to clean their property it would be PERFECT!!!

Great Family Vacation

Great location - Room needs serious attention

Upon arrival the hotel it’s self was great. Once we entered the room we were hit with a strong musty/mildew odor. The room is in need of a deep, deep clean. Floors are extremely dirty, black mold in the showers/tubs. Dust everywhere. Also the door doesn’t lock from the outside so have fun with that. The washer shrunk my family’s clothes because the cold water is not hooked up properly to it and it comes out hot no matter what. I emailed the property management group right away as soon as we checked out the room. I had my 1 and a half year old son that is sensitive to allergens. I didn’t receive anemail or phone call back. If they couldn’t respond to a simple email I was not going to waste my energy on vacation trying to reach them by phone. Overall super disappointing that I paid so much money for a room that was less than stellar. And zero response from the property management team. We didn’t spend much time in the room at all. I know you will hop on this review and try to gaslight me and say I never contacted you, it’s a shame VRBO doesn’t allow pictures with the review or I would post my email. I am going to contact health department regarding the black mold since it has been pointed out previously by other guests and never addressed
