This basement suite was very well kept and had everything we needed . It was completely spotless and clean when we arrived and in a great location. We will be back !!!!!

From the moment we ‘checked in’ until we left it was top notch. The pictures are spot on and we got exactly what we were expecting, no surprises.

We stayed for 3 months and didn't have any problems. The hosts are lovely, kind and attentive people. The suite itself is bright, modern and clean. The location is perfect. A beautifully quiet residential basement Suite with an outdoor patio. Beautifully appointed home. Like walking into an Ikea show home . Clean and pristine highly recommend.
My family & I stayed here for a week for a sports tournament. The apartment was exactly as per photos. We were met with a lovely bottle of wine and K-cups for the coffee machine - what a treat. We had full use of the backyard, bbq & furniture. It was within walking distance of some great trails and great shopping. It is also about a 10 min drive to White Rock so we spent almost every morning by the seaside. Great location, amazing cozy apartment and the hosts were really good to communicate with . Would not hesitate to stay there again.
Gary was a great host and quickly answered any questions we had. The condo was beautiful and clean, well equipped kitchen. Even my choosy choosy husband loved this place! Lots of space for our family of 4. Private back deck for enjoying the sunny Surrey weather. Thanks Garry!
Travelling with two under 4, staying in a hotel is not overly conducive. This perfect little suit with its separate rooms gave us the space we needed without having to spend an arm and a leg. The included smalls were super appreciated, coffee and laundry detergent are every parents kryptonite. Next time we’re passing through we will definitely being staying here again.
Very comfortable and convenient for families. There are two playgrounds a block away. Also it is a short walk to outlet shopping.

Nice place for a vacation home base
Very accessible location by car. Close to shopping and groceries. Great spot for visiting Surrey, White Rock and surrounding areas. Good access to Vancouver, though 50 minutes away by car.
Owners were great in communicating expectations and answering questions. Would definitely go back!

Clean spacious suite in great location
This is a newer home with a separate entrance 2 bed suite with a patio. Has all the facilities of a hotel but at a lower cost. Excellent communication and service from the owners. Would definitely consider staying there again if I am in the area.

This Host aims to please...and succeeds!
The most noteworthy aspect of our 5 day stay was the willingness of our host to ensure we had a great stay. Three adults and one infant - Booker ensured that there was a ‘pack and play’ and invested in high-chair when we expressed it would be a benefit!
Courtesy, open communication and a lovely space made for a fabulous trip!
