Downtown Dreams with Bicycles Included!

Living in Florida's most extensive historical neighborhood is truly magical and we have decided to make our carriage home available so that others can enjoy this beautiful area for themselves and create a wonderful vacation experience.

The carriage home is approx. 400 sq ft of living space and is positioned to the rear of the property for a more private and secluded feeling. You have your own private access and will take the outside stairs to reach the home. The unit was designed for two adults to enjoy comfortably. There's a queen size Murphy bed that can be stowed into the closet if you'd like more floor space during the day. And for guest with a small child, the couch also makes out into a double bed. There's a full kitchen and bathroom as well as a large walk in closet with washer & dryer. There's also a 40 inch smart TV with Netflix included!

Guest will enjoy their own private second floor front porch to enjoy the morning's coffee or wind down the day enjoying our fantastic Florida weather. If requested at time of booking, two bikes will also be supplied at no charge for you to enjoy the downtown area.

Pensacola Carriage House

Perfect property for a work stay, or otherwise. Located above a garage next to the house with stairs to the entrance. One room + a bathroom and walkin closet. Full kitchen and comfortable murphy bed. Balcony with large oaks around it. Great for morning coffee, a nightcap, or getting a little work done. All the amenities you need. Newly remodeled for everything is fresh. The host provided timely and easy to understand access information. There was a parking area off the street and a private entrance. The only drawback was the phone service was spotty but not a deal breaker. It was perfect for my work trip and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Long weekend away

We visited Pensacola for a Navy retirement and enjoyed some time at the nearby beaches. The property was super convenient to both the beaches, the navy base, and shoping/restaurants. The carriage house was great for just my husband and I. Only warning would be is if you are much bigger than 6'2"/240lbs...the shower will be a bit snug. Ha! OVERALL, a great 3 night stay for us!!

Perfect location

Quiet clean place to stay with an incredible location to downtown within minutes. Used the bikes for a quick ride to breakfast and farmers market. Will stay again for sure.

Great little getaway!

Definitely a wonderful experience. Very clean, exactly as described and pictured. I previously lived in Pensacola and knew this was the area I wanted to be in. The property is close to everything. Pensacola has done an amazing job with it's downtown and historic districts and this property embodies that. The property is quiet, you truly feel you are getting away. The property comes with the essentials which is nice if you want to stay in or bring back leftovers. Very clean. I will absolutely stay here again.

This is a lovely Carriage house efficiency. Secure, quite, clean and comfortable. Great for 1 person

This efficiency had everything I needed. It was private clean neat and secure. Newly built with modern finishes full kitchen, bath, laundry and a full size Murphy bed. Great for one. I would add a comfy chair inside and a more comfortable chair on the porch. Outside of this this rental was very nice. I look forward to staying again when in town to visit my daughter.

Pensacola beach retreat

Nice space for a couple. Murphy bed was very comfortable. Clean and neat. Convenient to stores, restaurants, and beach was a plus! Owner/manager was very nice and was attentive to our needs. Loved the closeness of downtown Pensacola and the beach. We had a issue but it was resolved quickly.

This is a newly renovated property so it will get better with time. Only thing that would improve it is a full length mirror for date night. Also a baking sheet for the oven. The price was right. It was nice to eat some meals in the room. With the convenient access to many local restaurants.
