A 5 minute walk from the center of Ruoms: shops, restaurants, beach and river. Many sports canoe type.
Near the gorges of Ardeche, the famous Pont d'Arc, Balazuc and Vogue classified as "most beautiful villages in France" and the Chauvet cave registered in World Heritage of UNESCO. Beautiful walks from the house.

Emplacement ideal

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour dans ce gite. L'emplacement est idéal. La climatisation est tres bienvenue. Il y a un équipement suffisant. Bemol sur le menage qui est vraiment fait très en surface. Il m'a fallu nettoyer à nouveau avant de nous installer reellement.

Problème avec une chambre sinon très bien

Maison très agréable, climatisée. Très bon accueil de la part de Véronique. L'électricité est un peu fantasque, on est toujours à la recherche des interrupteurs mais c'est plutôt marrant. Seul hic, les précédents locataires avaient un chien et des puces nous ont dévorés.

Maison agréable au calme

Maison ancienne mais agréable. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter des exterieurs à cause de la météo . Le jardin et la terrasse doivent être un bonheur quand il fait beau ! C'est un emplacement parfait pour visiter les incontournables de la région ( grotte de Chauvet, Aven d'Orgnac et villages ). Très bon accueil de Véronique !

Schön gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt fußläufig vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Alles war wie erwartet. Man kann sich sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten wohl fühlen. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr nett.

Semaine caniculaire

La maison est spacieuse et nous avons apprécié la climatisation à l étage et dans le salon pour une semaine caniculaire. Nous n avons pas pu profitez des terrasses car il faisait trop chaud (41 degré) et c est dommage. Maison agréable mais dans son jus…. Un petit coup de peinture lui donnerait plus de charme.

Vacances en Ardèche

Logement vraiment au centre de l'Ardèche, beaux villages, coins de baignades magnifiques, lieux de visites proche. Grand logement au calme 5 adultes 2 enfants, avec vue, grand terrain et toutes les commodités, climatisation apprécié lors des fortes chaleur, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, grand barbecue à charbon extérieur avec grande terrasse ombragée. Tout y est. Personne qui s'occupe du logement disponible et réactive si besoin et ménage fais à l'arrivée et au départ. On a qu'à se détendre et profiter de nos vacances👍👍

Het was een zeer mooie locatie en een mooie omgeving. Het was er proper en alles was er aanwezig. Een zeer goeie aanrader. In de toekomst ga ik zeer zeker terug. Deze locatie krijgt een 9/10 van mij.

Super séjour

Cette maison familiale est agréable, on s'y sent bien, elle est dans son jus, pratique et bien située! Les murs sont fin et les parquets grincent donc prévoyez les boules quies si vous n'êtes pas tous au même rythme de vie. Merci à Véronique pour ses conseils et le super accueil. La terrasse et le terrain de pétanque sont un vrai bonheur ! On recommande chaleureusement

Weekend ardéchois en famille

Séjour en famille de 5 adultes pour le weekend de Pâques. Quelques petits soucis suite à la remise en route de la maison après l'hiver (pas d'eau chaude le 1er jour, pbs d'internet ) mais vite réglés avec l'aide de Véronique qui gère l'accueil et la conciergerie. Mention spéciale pour elle, non seulement efficace mais également très agréable ! 👍🏻 La maison est plutôt bien équipée, le confort est correct, un petit "coup de frais" (peintures) serait bienvenu. Situation sympa, au calme, avec vue dégagée. Nous avons eu une météo agréable ce qui nous a permis de profiter des terrasses... Dernier point à améliorer : ce serait bien de mettre l'adresse à jour (le nom de la rue et le n° ont changé).

Einfach, tolle Lage, super Urlaub

Das Haus selbst ist, wie beschrieben, einfach ausgeführt und ausgestattet. Das reicht! Die Lage ist wunderbar, der Blick auf Sampzon unbezahlbar. Bis ins Zentrum (und damit zum Bäcker) sind es wohl eher 10 Minuten zu Fuß, was vollkommen ok ist. An der Ardeche gibt es immer etwas zu entdecken, aber auch für faule Tage ist das Haus geeignet. Wenn nur noch der Hund des Nachbarn lernt, wo der Zaun ist... Wir kommen gern wieder.

Gelegen in een klein dorpje wel een bakker en Auberge aanwezig.

Binnenin is de woning fantastisch en met veel smaak ingericht.Een schapenkap verbouwen naar een woning vraagt om keuzes te maken tss bvb esthetisch of comfort.Hier heeft het mooie altijd gedomineerd.
