Overall beautiful stay but….needs attn.

This place is nice, clean and safe. Staff very pleasant to be around; quick to respond to any issues. We absolutely enjoyed our whole stay with only one big issue that needs attention!!! Check in suppose to be at 4 pm but ended up being 2+ hours later!!!! That’s not acceptable!!! I understand maximum 30 minutes wait but 2+ hours????? This place needs to hire more cleaners and have them there for shorter hours rather than have fewer and expect them to do the work in all units. Whenever I did see cleaners they were not seem to be in a hurry trying to get things done on time but rather taking their sweet time. That’s my only complaint as everything else was superb!
