It has all the comfort you want. The living room and the bedrooms open onto the exotic and lush garden. The south-facing, shaded and protected terrace of the mistral facing the sea offers you unforgettable moments of relaxation. Near the kitchen you will find the cellar including the washing machine, the dryer and all the necessary cleaning products.
On the night side, you will find 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its dressing room and television:
- the master bedroom has a private bathroom with its walk-in shower and toilet,
- The other 2 bedrooms share a large shared bathroom with 2 sinks, a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The high quality bedding (hotels) ensures restful nights in absolute calm.
-A 3rd independent WC is located in the corridor of access to the rooms.

Isolated in the garden, away from prying eyes, the heated, infinity pool is accessible by a few steps. It is entirely for you. Thanks to its equipped summer kitchen (plancha, fridge, dishes and dishwasher), you will spend excellent moments in perfect tranquility.
The maintenance of the swimming pool, the summer kitchen and the terraces is provided daily by us.
We provide you with, at no extra cost, beach towels, hand towels, and bed sheets as well as dish towels.
For a stay of 2 weeks or more, we assure a complete maintenance of the villa with change of sheets.

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane ospiti di Maryse e Michel. È stata una vacanza memorabile. Il posto è una casa dotata di ogni comfort immersa in un immenso giardino incantato che vi farà uscire dalla realtà. Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo goduti la pace e la tranquillità del luogo sempre assistiti dai proprietari, che vi accoglieranno come amici, assecondando ogni vostra richiesta. Looking for a piece of paradise for your next getaway? Don’t look further!

We have spent an amazing week with our three kids in Carqueiranne. The house is ideally located in a quiet hillside area known as Le Canebas. The views from the house are breathtaking and the garden including the pool area are beyond imagination. Perfectly landscaped, well-tended, a large variety of plant species, multiple bodies of water including a pool nested between the palm trees. Just amazing. The house is well equipped and was perfectly clean. Maryse and Michel are very charming and caring hosts, and made us feel comfortable from day one. Thanks to them for renting out this rare gem.

Excellent séjour à Carqueiranne

Un emplacement de rêve avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et les îles de porquerolles et port Cros Le jardin de la propriété est juste incroyable sur près de 2 hectares. Je n’ai jamais vu un jardin aussi beau chez un particulier. Zone piscine très agréable et piscine à débordement très sympa . Franchement, c est un petit coin de paradis. Maison confortable et moderne - climatisée. Parfaitement équipée et d’une propreté absolue. Terrasse avec vue époustouflante mais exposée plein sud ! Ça cogne dur le midi. Idéal en soirée. Accueil et relation avec les propriétaires très chaleureux. Toujours disponibles et à l écoute. Notez que les propriétaires habitent dans la maison principale qui se trouvent sur la propriété. Vous êtes à 10 minutes des plages, des commerces et des restaurants (en voiture) L’esthétique sonore du lieu est très bonne compte tenu de la zone géographique et de la saison.( juillet) Moi qui suis un vrai maniaque sur ce chapitre, j’y ai trouvé mon compte. Si on ne peut pas parler de calme absolu, on peut qualifier l endroit de très calme. En résumé: un très bon séjour dans un lieu d une rare beauté et parfaitement entretenu.

Le luxe avec des propriétaires au petit soin !

Magnifique villa avec prestations haut de gamme et un accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. Un cadre idyllique comme nous pouvons rarement en voir. Les propriétaires sont au petit soin pour leurs hôtes, la maison présente des prestations haut de gamme, un service de nettoyage et tout le confort est réellement présent. Aussi cette relation avec les propriétaires est très agréable car ils sont charmants, prévenants et discrets. J'y retournerai sans hésiter !

Du bonheur à l’état pur !

Nous venons de passer 15 jours merveilleux dans cette propriété située dans un cadre exceptionnel. La vue mer porte jusqu’aux îles d’or, le jardin est un écrin entre sérénité et exotisme et au milieu, une agréable piscine chauffée complète ce tableau idyllique. La maison tout confort est décorée avec soin dans un style très moderne. De beaux volumes appréciables quand on voyage à 6 personnes. Les hôtes sont chaleureux et toujours au petit soin ! Grand coup de cœur pour cette location estivale entre luxe, calme et dépaysement. Tout était parfait !

Magnifique cadre pour un très bon séjour

Tout d'abord merci à Maryse d'avoir facilité l'arrivée de l'un d'entre nous qui voyageait en train. Puis plus globalement merci pour l'accueil de Michel et Maryse. Le cadre (jardin, cigales, vue, ciel étoilé, piscine, maison) est vraiment superbe. Nous serons bien sûr ravis de pouvoir revenir bientôt dans ce coin de paradis.

Havre de paix luxueux

Maryse et Michel furent de merveilleux hôtes, habitants dans la villa principale non loin, ils sont restés discrets et disponibles a la moindre demande. Le coin piscine- salon d'été plancha est entretenu tous les matins aux aurores. La vue est tout simplement sublime sur la presqu'ile de Giens et les iles d'Or. La piscine merveilleuse, formant avec la maison deux endroits distincts pour se restaurer et se détendre, éclairages nocturnes du jardin éblouissants. Le parc est impressionnant d'essences différentes et d'entretien, bravo Michel pour le travail remarquable. Merci Maryse pour votre réactivité permanente, un appel, un sms et tout est réglé dans la minute. On est au calme dans cette villa, et pourtant proche de tout (5 mn du centre, 15 mn de l'embarcadère pour Porquerolles, 35 mn de Bormes), et on a juste qu'une seule envie en la quittant, c'est d'y revenir. A faire, les yeux fermés, le coeur ouvert.

Un accueil professionnel et très chaleureux. Maryse et Michel ont été disponibles et attentionnés tout au long du séjour. Outstanding villa, exceptional hosts!

Whilst we were aware of the property's features from the photos, we were taken aback at how spectacular the setting and gardens were. Michel and Maryse have created a little paradise matching the extremely high property standards with their affability and generosity as hosts. Truly a one of its kind property, we will be back!

Les aménagements de la maison sont absolument conformes à la description, neufs et d’excellente qualité. Les abords, le jardin (unique et somptueux !!), la piscine et la vue sur les collines et la mer font honneur à la Côte d’Azur. Quant à Maryse et Michel ils ont été des hôtes absolument formidables par leur accueil, leur gentillesse, tous leurs efforts pour rendre notre séjour très agréable, sans oublier un respect absolu de notre intimité. Merci pour ces vacances vraiment réussies.

Nous reviendrons

Maryse et Michel nous ont accueillis avec sincerite et beaucoup de disponiblilte et plus encore avec amitie. Le grand large est une residence de vacance d'exception. Elle possede tout le confort necessaire, dans un environnement unique. La vue sur la presqu'ile de Giens et les iles de Porquerolles et port-cros est epoustouflante. L'ecrin de verdure et de fleurs dans lequel sont plonges la maison et la piscine est unique. La piscine est superbe et une possede une cuisine d'ete. Le Grand larde est situe a mons de 10 minutes en voiture du port de Carqueiranne et de tout commerces. Bref, nous avons passe un sejour heureux et nous esperons bien revenir rendre visite a Maryse et Michel que nous remercions pour leur sympathie, leurs services et leur discretion.

Maryse et Michel, l'accueil puissance 10.

A notre arrivée à la villa grand large, c'est Maryse qui nous a accueillis avec un grand sourire. Tout était prêt et parfait dans la villa. Rien ne manquait. Il y avait même quelques goodies dans le réfrigérateur. Maryse et Michel furent aux petits soins pour nous tout au long de notre séjour. La villa fut un lieu paradisiaque pour cette semaine de vacances. Le calme régnait en maître dans la propriété. Il était seulement agrémenté du chant des grenouilles au crépuscule. La piscine et la cuisine d'été un peu plus haut étaient une villégiature dans la villégiature. Point remarquable de la villa grand large, c'est le jardin magnifique qu'ont réalisé Maryse et Michel. Il est un écrin superbe pour la villa. De la terrasse, la vue est magnifique sur la mer et la presqu'ile de Giens. Ce séjour fut pour nous inoubliable. Merci à Maryse et Michel pour cette semaine dans un lieu paradisiaque et votre accueil puissance 10.

The reality was even more beautiful !!!

The reality was even more beautiful than the nice photos ! The great botanical garden with the nice pool and with the wonderful seaview was like a paradise. We and our two children (14,17) have felt very comfortable. The villa was very clean and very nice. There was enough crockery and cutlery, dishwashing liquid, washing powder and very good towels. The electrical appliances were top quality. Maryse and Michel were very hospitable and helpful. We spent a very nice, funny and interesting evening in their villa. This is something we had never experienced before. We will definitely come again.

un endroit magique

La propriété se trouve dans une baie où la mer et la nature intacte se rencontrent encore. Le jardin privé est unique en son genre. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons découvert chaque jour de nouvelles plantes, couleurs et détails. Le jardin offre une expérience optimale des terrasses et de la piscine; les vues du jardin sont spectaculaires et les plantes fournissent l'ombre et l'intimité. La maison est un nouveau bâtiment qui offre tout le confort moderne; le salon offre une vue imprenable grâce aux grandes fenêtres, la cuisine est entièrement équipée, les salles de bains sont confortables et disposent de douches vitrées. Les propriétaires offrent un accueil chaleureux, le soutien nécessaire et leur conseil si désiré.
