You want perfect holiday and the sun during all year long, so, we have what you need. It is not a castle but a quiet house and very well equipped... Curious...Please take a peep on our website: interesting rate for several months, from 2 months to 6 months, from 10/14/2015 until 05/14/2016, 500 euros per month. Bungalow for rent, for 4 people, 6 people possible. It is located 3 km away from the sea. House located between 2 airports (Alicante or San Javier - Murcie). The pets are allowed after our permission. The house offers a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 large bed/2 bunk beds + 1 trundle bed) as well as a sofa bed for 2 people. The bed linen is provided. Satellite TV with French channels (Freeview), 3-drawer fridge-freezer, hair-dryer, percolator, microwave, air conditioning, induction stove, toaster, croque-monsieur appliance, chopper, squeezer, dishwasher, washing machine. New: cot, blender, croque-monsieur appliance with 3 hobs and electric knife. You will find a large terrace with a space for the car in front of the house. There are walls all around the house. A pool is available 3 minutes walking away (2 euros per person for all day). The rates include electricity and water. The house also has a barbecue, a garden table and 6 chairs as well as 2 sun loungers. The house is perfect, completely renovated.

Not good

We couldn’t find apartment, as not on any map! The place was cold, they advertised as having car parking in the yard, but you carnt get the car up the pavement, the neighbourhood is not very good and the housekeeper looking after the place was messing around with the internet, so we had No tv, No internet nothing as advertised. Very disappointed!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la location, Celle-ci est très très bien équipée. Les propriétaire sont attentifs à leurs locataires. Bonne situation de la maison dans une grande ville mais un quartier calme pour se reposer et pourtant tout proche des commerces et plages. Je n'hésiterais pas à recommander cette location.

Nous rentrons tout juste de vacances. Le bungalow est tout juste idéal pour des vacances. Aucune mauvaise surprise, tout correspond parfaitement à la description faite par les propriétaires. Le logement est hyper équipé, ce qui est rare dans les locations!! Le bungalow est idéalement situé, au calme absolu( de jour comme de nuit) mais proche de toutes les commodités.... Les propriétaires ne savent plus quoi faire pour le confort des locataires!! Et Sur place, Mayté, la dame qui accueille les locataires est on ne peux plus charmante, très discrète et à la fois extrêmement bienveillante! Je vous recommande vivement cette location!!

Goed huis om met een klein gezin te verblijven

Goede woning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor mensen die graag koken is de keuken een 'walhalla'. Het huis ligt In een multiculturele buurt en op loopafstand van winkels en horeca. Er komt weinig daglicht in huis. Dat is een voordeel voor de zomerperiode, in de winter moet dan al vroeg de kachel aan. Het bed was voor ons te hard; hebben we opgelost door de ligbedkussens onder de lakens te leggen. We vinden dit huis beslist een aanrader!

On était très bien reçu , les propriétaires très accueillant et , la description du bangalow est exactement ce qui était décrite sur l'annonce L' endroit est très touristique avec un micro climat exceptionnel . Zeer goed en conforme huis met alles maar ook echt alles wat jij nodig hebt voor een succesvolle vakantie. Wij hebben zeer naar onze zin gehad in deze zeer ruime huis, deze huis is echt aan te raden. Wij komen zeker volgende jaar weer terug. Bedankt voor alles.

Why they chose this property

We always spent our holiday in this town. When the owners moved in their house, we had to find other. We decided to "buy" our dream and to share it. Wishing that each people that came could have all the comfort that we would have in our previous rentals, we equipped it with all the modern comfort except an oven... We finished the work in June and add internet.

What makes this property unique

This area has its own microclimate. The house offers 2 bedrooms (1 for 2 people - 1.40 bed and 1 for 2 people with bunk bed and an additional mattress (trundle bed). You will find a sofa bed for 2 people, crockery for 10 people. You will find all the kitchen appliances except an oven. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, percolator, croque-monsieur appliance, juice press, etc. Bed linen available. Garden table for 6 or 8 people with different tablecloths, 8 chairs, two deck chairs, etc. Television with Freeview French channels as well as books. Internet.
