**TOURIST TAX**
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.

House rules and suitability:
- Groups of youngsters and/or made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender may be considered and only upon request. Strongly recommend contacting us before booking, as we reserve the right to decline and cancel this sort of booking without a refund.
- Events and parties are not allowed.
- Pets not allowed.

Great Holiday in Vilamoura
This property is in a great location on a quiet road in The Old Village. The swimming pool is a great size and the garden area well maintained. The house is a good size but it is in need of modernisation. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay but they were dealt with immediately by the management company.

Sehr verwohnt
Beim Einzug war die Sauberkeit nicht ganz korrekt Betten unbequem, spühlmaschiene kein Salz keine tabs zum Stühlen Stühle und Liegen sind witterungsbedingt nicht benutzbar,der Grill ist total verrostet und eigentlich nicht benutzbar und die Hauswand ums ganze haus von Ameisen befallen für dieses geld zu teuer. Nochmal nicht !

Few plumbing issues, some were some not. Cleaners and sheet haphazard or not happening. Small worm like creatures coming into downstairs shower tray, appear to be coming from around sides not up the drain. Picture available.
