This lakefront vacation cabin on the east side of Brandy Pond has three bedrooms, a renovated kitchen and bathroom, an open floor plan, and an all-season porch with beautiful views of the lake, the mountains, and the sunsets. Enjoy convenient, gradual-entry water frontage, two kayaks, and a paddleboard for your use. Cook on the old-fashioned charcoal stone grill and relax on the dock, the hammock, or the outdoor firepit. This truly is a wonderful place to spend your summer vacation!

Brandy Pond, also known as Bay of Naples Lake, is a 740-acre lake in Naples, Maine, which is connected to Long Lake by the Chute River and to Sebago Lake by the Songo River. Moor your boat to the private dock, so it's ready for you to explore over 40 miles of waterway.

The cabin is a mile off of Route 302, a short distance from the Naples Causeway and the Naples Golf and Country Club. Naples offers many activities for your enjoyment, such as trips on the Songo River Queen, boat and jet ski rentals, and Naples Seaplane Adventures. There's an arcade and Steamboat Landing Mini Golf for the kids, and a brewery and live entertainment at Gary's Olde Towne Tavern for the adults. A convenient shopping center is a few minutes north on Route 302, while Smitty's Cinema, serving food and cocktails during your movie, and Seacoast Adventure Park, with a ropes course, go-karts, and tubing, are approximately 15 minutes south. There are so many options for a fantastic lake getaway!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests are welcome to use the private 20-feet by 12-feet dock. The water is about six feet deep and no ropes or equipment are provided.

Quaint Log Cabin
It was nice step back to Lakefront Living but it was spacious, and we enjoyed having the family together there. Waterside firepit and smores were awesome!

Perfect location for summer fun in Maine
We loved everything about our stay on Brandy Pond. The location is within driving distance to the Naples causeway for a fun afternoon or evening out. We made good use of the kayaks and paddle board. We even had a visit from the Chunky Dunky Ice Cream boat right to our dock! We are already looking forward to making more memories next summer.

Simple and relaxing cabin
The older furniture added to the charm. I gave a 4 for cleanliness only because of cob webs in sky lite which was one of the first things.i was checking out. The pics showed a curik so we bought coffee accordingly but coffee pot now is regular mr coffee which we like better but would have bought regular bagged. You may want to note that on kitchen info. WOULD STAY AGAIN

Charming cottage, gorgeous setting!
This classic wood paneled cottage looked beautiful and old fashioned, but it is fully equipped with every comfort! A REAL kitchen with all you need to cook, COMFY bed, and most importantly, a magical dock/beach area with kayaks and a paddle board. We LOVE this place! Neat as a pin, and central to Naples for shops and dining.

Great location
Location was great, being locals from right down the road, we enjoyed this spot overall. When we first arrived we were given a code for the door which made us feel secure. The other door 15 feet down had direct access, no lock on the door which was extremely humorous to all of us. The fireplace is in a perfect spot for sunset fires, and easy access right to the lake. The location of this property is near the entrance to the locks, so boat traffic increased. The beds were not particularly comfortable and I wish they left more than 1 dishwasher packet for 3 days. This is a perfect “Maine Camp” and would return in hopes they would get new beds/couches and be stocked on basics

Great stay!
We had a great stay! Very clean and comfy. Close access to stores and restaurants. The only drawback is the access to the water. I was expecting it to be w slope in but there were stairs.

This is second summer renting this place. We love it because it is a step back in time real summer cottage - but with amenities! So cozy and retro feel to what lakelife used to be. A house you escaped your regular home to be in for fun. Water is crystal clear and just a relaxing place!

Mostly happy with this rental
Two of 3 beds/bedrooms were small for adults. WIFI was very good. Boat moored in front of camp was in our way when we were using our personal boat. Swimming area nicely accessible by step system off dock. Some rugs and windows worn out. Camp was pretty clean but kitchen could use more detailing as far as some of the less commonly used items and spaces. Front yard is shady on a hot day which is nice but steep and rocky and would be challenging for very young and old. Area is beautiful and neighbors were quiet. We would highly recommend this camp on Brandy Pond.

Wonderful lakeside views!
The property has a wonderful location, near the entrance to the locks. Enjoyed watching the boats coming and going! House was comfortable and we loved the large black sink in kitchen Bathroom was remodeled and very clean. Only complaint was yard was very rocky and you had to be careful walking through it. Trip hazard was high!

On Golden Brandy Pond….
Location location location! Being on the east side provides stunning sunsets from the dock. Entrance to Songo Locks provided some calm water boating excursions even when lake waters were rough. Super clean, great kitchen and screened in living room to spend hours in morning, evening, or nights. Highly recommend!

Pet Friendly with a Beautiful View
My husband, son, and I spent the last few days at this beautiful home that included many well-thought-out touches. It was great to find a place we could also bring our dog on a getaway with us. We enjoyed smores by the firepit while taking in the gorgeous view of the lake. However, there was nonstop loud construction at the next door neighbor's house from 7am-4pm every day we were there. After expressing our disappointment and concerns, I am very pleased that this was brought to a quick resolution by Jess at Vacasa and the owner.

Loved our stay! Just perfect in early October. We kayaked down to the lock and also to the causeway. Great location, beautiful view, nice casual decor, and the hammock and fire pit were a huge plus! Hope to make this an annual trip!

Family getaway
The property was a great location right on the water. The water is incredibly clean and quite warm to swim in. Heads up the property stated there was a canoe, but there was not. There is a window with a huge crack in it in the sunroom that was there when we arrived and multiple huge spider webs that definitely should’ve been cleaned. The front bedroom has ants, which can be common, but could’ve been sprayed and controlled by the cleaning team. Reached out multiple times via email and the app messenger to management for some questions and never got a response. Other than that the water and location was great.

Nice place
The house was very clean upon arrival. Nice spot right on the water. My only complaint would be there were not many fans, and both fans did not work well. It just got a bit humid with not much air flow. Otherwise we had a nice time.
