We absolutely loved staying here! It was the perfect size for two families. All of the amenities were working and in great condition. Check in and check out were easy. The only struggle was that you had to pass through the pool room to get to a bedroom which limited who could sleep in that room and the shower door in basement bedroom was off the track everytime you moved it. We also could not find a local pizza place to deliver and had to pick up Dominoes. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Great Family Spot

Overall our stay on the property was very nice. Would be nice if there was more instructions printed out maybe in a handout. Was not sure on what to do with trash and dishes when we went to leave. Alexa was not connected to wifi so was unable to use this. Pool is definitely a little colder then we were hoping but my son wasn't bothered by it. Had issues with hot tub heating to temp but management let me know how to correct and reset and it was fine. No major issues and would definitely stay there again.

Great Getaway

Splash mansion is a great place to stay with family and friends. The house is clean and well kept. The indoor pool is a great addition to any vacation especially with kids. We will definitely return.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The only downside was the nonstop beeping when entering and exiting the pool area. It also was a continuous beeping sound coming from the device that’s in the pool. Other than that our stay was very nice

Poor customer service

We had several issues throughout our stay which were handle very poorly. When we arrived the upstairs air conditioner was broken. Maintenance was unable to fix the problem that night and it was 80 degrees upstairs. We were told to open windows but there were no screens in the windows. Next day we attempted to cook steaks on the grill. NO PROPANE. They delivered propane 4 days later. Master bedroom had broken bed supports. The issue was never fixed. Broken lock in master bedroom door. Fireplace in bedroom not on but not mentioned in listing as such. DVD players listed for all TVs only one was in Theater room. TVs we’re not hooked up to internet so unable to use. We were able to stream to 2 of the TVs only. Spoke with customer service on Monday and asked when we could speak to a manager and they laughed. Finally heard back from management several days later. There was no apology and the only issue addressed was the air conditioning and propane our last night which didn’t help us because we already made plans for dinner. The door lock on one of the upstairs bedroom was on the outside. The pool door alarm was only on one side of the door so whenever the person downstairs exited the door alarm would go off so if they wanted to come upstairs at night it would wake the entire house. Poor design flaw.

Spring break

This house was perfect!! Even though the storm knocked the power out our first night there it was still an amazing time. Splash Mansion fit our family needs perfectly. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone

Great place for families with kids!

We had a great time at this vacation rental. The kids really enjoyed all the games and the pool. The layout is perfect for multiple families and the neighborhood was quaint ! My only complaint was that the pool itself could not have been heated to 82 degrees. It was freezing cold. The actual room the pool was in was 82 degrees . So that was misleading. The kids didn’t mind but the adults didn’t get to use the pool at all.

Splash Mansion

Splash Mansion is nothing short of amazing with 4 bedrooms that each have their own full baths and 2 additional bathrooms. The master bathroom is just unreal with a jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower. The inground pool is much larger than expected. We had a blast playing pool and air hockey too. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pits and pans. I do wish there had been a keurig. The parking is very tight for 4 big vehicles but it is doable. We would rent this unit again! Just beautiful!

Couples trip

This cabin was GREAT for our couples trip. It would be perfect for a family trip too!!! All the amenities you need to STAY at the cabin, only thing if you’re looking for a secluded area this cabin is not for you. It’s surrounded by other cabins but that was ok. Pool, hot tub, sauna, theater & game area all in cabin to keep everyone occupied. Nice cabin!!!! VRBO booking process was EXCELLENT as well!!!

Absolutely Amazing!

I loved everything about this cabin and it's location! It fit all of us without stepping on toes. The swimming pool was definitely a success for the kids.. the master bedroom was absolutely phenomenal.. we enjoyed our stay and was sad to say goodbye.

Couples Trip

We had a blast at Splash Mansion there was plenty of space for all of us. The rooms were so nice and we loved having our own bathrooms!! The pool was a bonus and made our couples trip one to remember. No service and wifi didn’t work at all, we were told maintenance would be by to look at router but never came. So we just gave on wifi but it was a beautiful cabin.

The cabin was amazing clean and beautiful! But if you like looking at all the other neighbors activities not for you! This was not scenic at all I was expecting peaceful views very disappointed!

Our favorite by far!

We are yearly visitors to the area and Splash Mansion was by far our favorite cabin! Super clean and easy check-in checkout. The kids loved the pool and the game room. Mom and Dad enjoyed the hot tub and sauna! The hot tub was not working but called maintenance and they got right on it! Bed was not the best, but it is not my bed so… WiFi was not the greatest, but hey it is a vacation! Overall we would definitely book with them again.

Great getaway. Chalet itself was wonderful.

We had a great time. I've already rented this location out since this visit. Just a heads up, due to it being in the mountains internet is not good. If you plan on using the theater room bring a DVD. You can forget streaming something. Other than that we loved the location and Chalet itself. Very clean.

It was a good experience

Was a good stay but we couldn’t use the theater room because of the slow WiFi nothing would download, that was a bummer 😞. But over all it was a great trip wish we could have stayed longer.

Horrible experience

Wifi never worked, satellite was out, and DVD player in theater room would not open. The main attraction was supposed to be the theater room, and we did not get to enjoy it. The hot tub was dirty and there was dust an inch thick on all the kitchen cabinets and blinds. I have never written a review before, however I felt compelled to do so after this experience. The management company kept telling us they would fix something, but the follow through was poor. I'm very disappointed in the overall experience and for the amount of money I spent for 4 nights, I would expect a partial refund.

We enjoy our stay however the unit was not as clean as we expected.

If the cabin had been cleaner we would have given this a 5 star, however bugs in with the silverware and other cooking areas creeped me out. Therefore we emptied and cleaned all of the kitchen cabinets and cleaned everything that was in them. We had many issues that were taken care of by management when we called in. Apparently the guests before us damaged a several things. I felt bad calling back to report problems but didn't want to be held responsible for the items being broken. Management made repairs as we called them in - broken air hockey game and arcade game, light fixture was damaged by prior guests. The phone was missing in one room and the battery was out of the main phone. Apparently more people than I thought have very little respect for someone else's property. The internet was terrible, bring DVD's because your probably won't be able to download movies, we tried and the buffering was so aggravating. We loved the pool and the hot tub just wished we had a view of something other than the neighboring unit.
