Fantastic stay

As someone that used to reside in the area, the location is superb. Located close to nightlife and entertainment area along with other fantastic dining locations. Property is well taken care of and the host is easy to get into contact with. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect weekend getaway home!

The house was clean and comfortable and Elite provided great customer service. When I called before my arrival with a question, I spoke to someone promptly and they answered my questions accurately and timely on the first try, all with a smile in their voice. When my friend and I arrived, we had everything we needed, including very fluffy bath towels. The home is also very convenient, walking distance, to Old Town Scottsdale which made the stay extra fun.

Snowbird trip to Scottsdale, love this property.

This is our 2nd year in a row at this property. Love the location, easy walk to old downtown Scottsdale. Quiet, clean neighborhood. The house and backyard are perfect for us and our dog. Spacious, updated and well maintained. Elite vacation rentals have been a fantastic host. Great communication and very attentive. Even proactive contacting dining high winds to make sure all was ok. We booked 7 months in advance and wanted a host we could trust, and they delivered. We will definitely be back in 2024!

Great place/Location

Great stay. For us, having walking distance access to Old Town Scottsdale was everything and it was so close. 1 bedroom had a very comfortable bed and 1 room had a marginally comfortable innova bed but this was all we needed. The backyard was amazing and a great living room for entertaining. The fan in the guest bathroom was very loud and may need some repair but this minor detail was totally overshadowed by the well kept property! The owners also left us some popcorn and candy for the weekend as a nice gift. Overall I would very highly recommend this place to stay in Scottsdale!

Hazelwood Property

We enjoyed our stay at the Hazelwood property. It was clean and updated. The house was well equipped with all the basics we needed. We loved having a garage. When we asked for assistance with figuring out the tv someone came the same day. There was a nice outside sitting area. We would rent this property again.

We found this property to be VERY clean and comfortable. With a large master bedroom and an updated master bath. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. The garage was perfect for keeping our car out of the summer sun. The big back yard was perfect for our dogs to run and play. However, the neighbors next door with the partying and loud music pretty much ruined our stay.

Wonderful Stay!!

We can't say enough great things about this property. We stayed for two weeks and have nothing but positive comments. Beautiful, clean and updated property. We brought our dog—yard was perfect for him. Location was great for access to Old Town and golf.

Nice home, great location

The house worked well for our week long stay. It is clean and a convenient layout. We experienced some maintenance issues which I will lay onto the management company, but they were accessible and responsive, if not as timely as we would have liked. The house has all the basic needs, but you will need to bring all spices and cooking oil, etc. fortunately there is a Sprouts within easy walking distance.

The interior of the house was clean and all appliances were simple to operate. The front yard was clean and well groomed. a few things at the property need attention: -Shingles on the top ridge of the roof seem to be blowing off. -the back yard was too swampy (in the grass) due to the sprinklers either over running, or having a break. The back yard needs trimming and upkeep. -Several burnt out bulbs in the porch light string. -Seems to be the blind controller for the arcadia door was missing or inoperable. overall a great place to stay, convenient and clean inside.

Hazelwood House

We stayed at the cozy house on Hazelwood for 3 1/2 months this year while looking for a home in the Phoenix area. The house was very well equipped for a longer stay and was comfortable for my spouse and I and our chihuahua. The fully fenced yard was great for our dog and the neighborhood was also very nice for dog walks. The location is excellent for walking on the canal, to Fashion Square and to Old Town Scottsdale. This neighborhood is also popular for short-term rentals, including a very popular short-term rental house next door to this one, which could be noisy at times. Overall however this house is a great place to stay, we were actually a bit sad when it came time for us to leave.
