Es una vivienda muy confortable que se queda a unos 400 metros de la playa. Muy cerca del centro, tiendas, restaurantes.
Del otro lado de la calle no hay viviendas, pues se queda un jardin con paseo para bicicletas. Pueden disfrutar sin problemas, principalmente los niños!
Por eso, aqui tambien no hay problemas de aparcamiento en el Verano, pues hay muchas plazas para aparcar!
La vivienda esta toda equipada. Tiene sabanas, toallas, cubiertos y platos y todos los aparatos domesticos en la cocina.
