About this property

Kahoka, MO Family Lodging

We have turned our 2 bedroom ranch style home into a temporary rental home for family lodging. There is a double size bed in the master bedroom, a daybed in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen size bed and queen size hide-a-bed couch in the living room. You can easily sleep 7 in our home. The home includes, window ac, washer & dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, kitchen utensils and linens. Everything you will need for your stay whether it is one night, a weekend, a week or a month. There is an attached carport for off road parking. Digital antenna TV but no internet available. Our rates are $95 per night or $260 weekend rate (3 night rental) Or, you can rent for a week (7 nights) for $540 or a month by contacting us for rental rates. There is a required $100 deposit which will be returned to you at the end of your stay after a home inspection. Arrival time is 3:00 pm (unless otherwise approved) and departure time is 11:00 am. We also allow approved pets.

Kahoka stay

We were in town for a funeral, so this was a great option for us instead of a hotel. It was homey and clean. Would recommend the property if you need a place to stay in Kahoka!

Kahoka Mo Stay

Reminds me of staying at my grandparents very comfortable and homey. Extremely well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, including plenty of towels, linens, blankets, quilts, etc.

Great little house

We have family in town and normally stay at the hotel but we have a new baby and toddler and didn’t want them to be in the same room so this was a great alternative. Was met at check in and everything was great. We will definitely stay again.

We were shocked to find a house to rent for a week in Kahoka. The owners were easily accessible and the house was fully stocked and very clean. Cozy little house was perfect for us and we will be staying here again next time we visit the family

Great Place to Stay in Kahoka

Enjoyed our stay in Kahoka thanks to this little gem. The place has a very comfortable, cozy interior. It is clean and well maintained. It also has the largest supply of quilts I’ve seen outside of my grandmother’s. So…no shortage of warm blankets. The host and her support team are great people. They are very responsive and made us feel like we were visiting family. I highly recommend staying here.

Peaceful Stay

We had a great stay as a family of 5 (kids ranging from 3-9). There was plenty of space for us (some kids shared a room) and we found it stocked with everything we needed for our one night stay. There were no doors on the bedrooms, which was a bit of a challenge with kids. But with sound machines they did fine! If we are in Kahoka again, we will be back!

Felt like staying at Grandma's house

The house was super clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with various spices, paper and plastic tableware, etc. Coffeemaker, toaster-oven, toaster, microwave, griddle, full size appliances. I did not check for pots, pans, etc. There are three sleeping areas, including a queen sized bed in the only room with a tv. LOTS of extra blankets, plenty of towels. Baseboard heat with window a/c; celing fans and/or oscillating fans in most rooms. LOTS of throw rugs, so be careful if you're a foot-dragger. The bathroom contains every possible supply you can imagine, including many partially used bars of soap, etc. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, good parking.
