The furniture and the floors, including the terrace, are made of wood for maximum comfort. . eucalyptus deckchairs for your pleasure. All the necessary linen is provided to you (toilet, kitchen, sheets) .. the mattress pads and pillows are changed after each occupation
For rentals longer than 1 week We change all the linen after 7 nights.
A kitchen background is at your disposal: tea, coffee, sugar, vinegar oil etc.
You will find all the comfort you need for your vacation here.

Das Haus liegt super in Strandlage. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden… und noch viel mehr. Sehr gut für Familien. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank auch für die guten Tipps!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli l'appartement prestation excellente il ne manque rien tout a été bien conçu est prévue séjour hyper agréable nous avons même décidé de revenir passer des weekends chez Sandrine et Rodolphe sans hésitation et avons recommandé à notre famille cet endroit Arcachon. Séjour très agréable

Maison très jolie et bien entretenue. Parfaitement placée entre le centre d'Arcachon et l'Aiguillon. Idéal pour une pause détente. Nous recommandons!

Parfait pour un séjour en famille

Adapté pour tous les membres de notre famille (ados enfant et nous) pour un court séjour quel plaisir d’avoir le linge de lit, de toilettes, le nécessaire d’épicerie les conseils de nos hôtes et leur accueil agréable. Le plus : l’accès à tout à 10 mn la boulangerie en face et les jouets et livres pour tous !! Merci

Un séjour idéal dans cette belle villa!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil de nos hôtes, leurs explications, leur disponibilité, la propreté des lieux, la gestion des serviettes et linges de maison changés toutes les semaines, l’équipement de l’appartement où il ne manque rien pour profiter de notre séjour. L’agencement avec l’accès extérieur, la terrasse, la possibilité de garer une voiture à l’intérieur sont des plus appréciables pour ce lieu proche du centre ville. Tout est à disposition: plancha, transat, jeux pour enfants… La gentillesse de Sandrine et Rodolphe a fini de nous convaincre: notre meilleure location sur Arcachon!

Location très agréable

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, séjour très agréable et très accueillant, d’une propreté irréprochable et très bonne literie. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et avec des cadeaux de bienvenue de la région, un régal 😋 Rien n’est oublié dans la location pour y séjourner. Super séjour.

Excellente 1ère expérience de découverte d'Arcachon

Situation idéale, à 50m de la plage et à 10 mn à pied des commerces de bouche, boulangerie juste en face. Location très bien équipée, calme, avec une grande terrasse circulaire en bois.

Rodolphe aux petits soins nous a fait une présentation détaillée de la maison, et bons plans à côté. Proximité plage centre ville vélos à dispo. On a pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour !

Tout le nécessaire à disposition

La maison est d’une propreté exemplaire et dotée de tous les équipements nécessaires : on s’y sent comme à la maison Sandrine et Rodolphe sont très à l’écoute . Deux vélos sont à disposition et comme nous sommes venus avec notre fille Rodolphe nous en a gentiment amené un troisième A noter que la maison est très bien placée (plage et promenade le long de la mer à proximité immédiate ) mais située sur une route passagère . Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce lieu

Un séjour parfait !

Excellent accueil de Sandrine et Roldolphe ! Nous étions venu avec notre bébé et notre chien; la location comprenait tout le confort nécessaire pour les bébés (lit, table à langer, baignoire...) et pour nous afin de passer un super séjour sur Arcachon. On recommande ce logement !

La Villa Victoria à la Toussaint

Rodolphe est venu nous chercher à la gare pour un séjour sans voiture. Et nos hôtes ont trouvé plein de jouets qui ont énormément plu à nos jeunes enfants. L'appartement est confortable et très bien équipé (y compris le nécessaire pour cuisiner des coquillages). Arcachon et ses environs offrent de multiples possibilités de balades en famille, en bord de mer (autour du bassin ou vers l'océan), en forêt, dans la ville d'hiver... Avec un temps clément à la Toussaint, un séjour très réussi!

Splendid stay in Arcachon!

Our family enjoyed everything about our stay in Villa Victoria. The hosts, property, amenities, and location were all perfect. Sandrine and Rodolphe were especially thoughtful about the toys, activities and supplies for the children. We definitely recommend this beautiful home!

Vacances ideales

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, sympathiques et disponibles à convenance. Nous précise les lieux à privilégier. Location très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut, on ne se soucie de rien. À proximité dès commerces et à 50 m du bassin d'Arcachon, sa situation est idéale, 2 vélos à disposition pour parcourir les nombreuses pistes cyclables et laisser enfin sa voiture de côté. Très satisfait du séjour.

Alles wat je nodig hebt

Het verblijf biedt wat beloofd is, een goed geëquipeerd keukentje, aangename badkamer, zonnig terras, goede bedden en zeer dicht bij het strand. De vriendelijke eigenaar haalde ons op aan het station en bracht ons ook terug. Een aanrader!
