READ ALL RULES BEFORE BOOKING. REEL Paradise! is a 1 Bed, 2 Bath Townhome style Condo nestled in a small community of only 8 units. We are about 748 sq ft offering an Upstairs Bedroom with Queen size bed, tub/shower, patio and washer/dryer. Downstairs boasts a full kitchen with everything you need to make your stay as much like home as possible, Our Living Room is furnished with a full size Sleeper Loveseat, bath with shower is off the entrance and patio at the rear. The unit has a small Coastal style spiral stairway, duffle bags may be more friendly to climb than suit cases. We are Perfect for 1 Couple or a Small Family to enjoy some quiet time in a relaxed atmosphere. 1 DOG Under 20 lbs (pic required) May Be PRE Approved By Owner with $45 Non refundable Fee & other restrictions. I do not provide a boat slip, you MUST contact me before bringing a boat, kayak, jet ski or paddleboard. Security Cameras On Property To Monitor The Front And Rear Of The Building for the protection of owners and guests. Please Review All Rules before booking, you will be required to agree to H.O.A. Perfect home away from home

Richard was great to communicate with and very helpful, best owner we have come across, A+++. Property is perfect and back terraces have amazing views of the water, if you get up early you can see dolphins and a beautiful sunrise. Location is peaceful and quiet. We liked it so much that booked our summer trip before we even left.

Cozy Getaway

REEL Paradise! was perfect for a couple's short getaway. Clean space, nice furnishings, everything you could need during your visit. More amenities than we had the time to use. Awesome decks overlooking the water, just outside the backdoor. Relaxing and carefree time spent.

Lovely

First off, the communication from the host ( Richard) was perfect! Response to queries were fast, factual, informative and helpful! The accommodation was just perfect for our family of four (with teenagers) and was very accurately described in the ad. The lab scientist in me loves that things are labeled. I especially loved the views, they were spectacular at night and early mornings! Thank you so much, we have enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend it to our friends!

Pleasant getaway

My husband & I along with our pup stayed at this property for 2 nights for a quick beach weekend getaway. The property was clean & in a nice location right off the bay & has 2 patio decks which we enjoyed. The host provided great communication with more then enough information leading up to our trip & while we were there as well. One thing that we noticed was the bed provided on the listing mentions it was a Queen but it is a full which was uncomfortable for us since we are both very tall. We also thought the stairs was a unique touch and love how it adds character to the place but walking up and down it to get to the bedroom with our bags was not the most easiest experience. Overall it was a nice trip & enjoyed the time we stayed here.

Fantastic Mini-Getaway

Great location for Fishing

I’ve been to these properties several times. Well kept and clean. Being on the water and having a dock to tie up my kayak is so convenient. The only slot trout I caught was off the dock under the green lights. Great canal and sunset views. Ate most meals outside on the patio.

Wonderful location and amenities. All was exactly as advertised and then some! Loved watching the boat parade and fireworks show from our patio. Perfect location for our daily fishing excursions.

Tuscany in Texas!

What a beautiful property and wonderful amenities. We came for our 15 anniversary and had an amazing time soaking in the pool and watching all the boats and wildlife go by. We will be back as soon as possible! Our hosts responded quickly and we were provided with everything we needed! Thank you so much for a memorable stay!

Amazing from beginning to end

The owners communication was spectacular and the property was just what our family needed. I spent about 7hrs a day with the kids at the pool or looking at the canal. Just fantastic!

Beautiful place right on the water

This place is beautiful! We had such a great time fishing right off the dock and my son loved swimming in the pool! It was such a nice, relaxing week! I felt like we were the only ones on the entire complex! Richard was so helpful anytime we had any questions. We will definitely come back!

Same Time Next Year

This was our first "snowbird" experience! We were a bit nervous about many things but our hosts were very available and helpful. We loved taking our coffee to the bedroom balcony and watching the seagulls, pelicans and ducks along with an occasional dolphin on most mornings. We bicycled almost everwhere except for a full size grocery. Well maintained property and very comfortable.

A must-do!

Highly recommend! Absolutely amazing! The condo is warm and Charming with a fabulous beachy Vibe. The view is breathtaking from both the upper and lower level. Linda and Richard are the ultimate hosts. Our every need was anticipated. Truly, all you need is a toothbrush and a few pieces of clothing (washer and dryer in unit). A huge thank you to Richard and Linda for sharing their beautiful home with us! Hope to return!

Watch dolphins while in the pool!

What a great place! The cheerful beach decor brightens your mood the moment you walk in! The pool is just steps from the back porch and literally 3 feet from the bay! We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim while grilling on the back porch and cooling off in the pool. The kitchen is stocked with matching modern appliances including a crock pot and toaster. We felt like we were in a tree house in the upstairs bedroom with a private large balcony where our only worry was whether we should count the stars or watch the water! Thank you Rick and Linda for providing such a wonderful get away!

Relaxing with a great view!

From check-in to check-out it was such a great experience. Everything you need is provided, the view from the bottom and upper patios were great, swimming pool was refreshing, fishing with the green light was fun, and the dolphins jumping provided great memories for the family. My son loved climbing up and down the spiral staircase! Can’t wait to go back again.

Charming coastal house

Nice, clean coastal house on the water. My kids had a fun time fishing off the dock and watching the boats go by. This is a great location. The nicer beaches are close by, and you are around the corner from nighthawk bay and great fishing. We plan on going back in the future.
