With a bed fit for a King and on-suite bathroom, the master bedroom will be your private oasis. The second bedroom features a twin-size top bunk with full-size bottom bunk. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room offers a comfy solution for travel companions overflow.

The Beach Bum Hideaway offers all the comforts of home, including an open-concept kitchen complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and a dine-in kitchen island. Because vacation can get a little messy, a full-size washer and dryer are tucked away and stocked with laundry supplies for your convenience.

Very pleased with everything. Great location, short walk to the beach. Close to many of our favorite restaurants. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, ages 9 and 14. Plenty of room for all of us. Loved the pool area. Great spot for a family with younger kids.

The property was as advertised--spacious for our needs--well located for a great beach. Booking, entering and leaving were all seamless. Property could use a little more attention to being cleaned and ready--upon arrival a couple of remotes lacked batteries and front door needs cleaning

We loved the convenience of being able to walk across the street to the beach and we were just a short drive to Seaside, Santa Rosa, and other areas. The rental was just as described. We love BeachBum hideaway! It is our third time staying there. Thank you to the Hoffmanns for helping us out during our Fall break predicament! We really appreciate it. The only issue were several lightbulbs were out. Other than that, fantastic stay and highly recommend it to others!

Home was modest but comfortable, in a central location, and just a short walk from the beach. Back yard was small but sufficient. Could have used a few more items in the kitchen (chopping board, cheese grater, etc.), but overall it was pretty well stocked. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, on a cul de sac off 30A. Would rent again!

House was nice. Great location. We used the Santa Rosa Public Beach access. It had a wooden ramp that went all the way to the beach. It was great for our beach wagon. Would also be good if you had someone with limited mobility or in a wheelchair.

This property worked out great for what we were looking for We could bike ride along 30A each day, the pool was nice, it was a short walk to the beach, and had a yard for our dog. We will probably choose this spot again for our next trip. Also - it was one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed at.

Convenient location!
This 2-bedroom house is an 8-minute walk away from Seagrove Place public beach. It is comfortably furnished and has a fenced backyard. It offers a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. Both bedrooms and the living room feature smart TVs. While the property supplies one detergent packet and limited toilet paper & paper towels, they aren't high quality. And no dryer sheets. But overall, a great place to stay!

We have in the past rented a condo nearby. This year we decided to take our dog and our teenage sons best friend. The house is a short walk to the beach, Tom Thumb, and other shops and restaurants. It was clean, well maintained, and our dog loved the fenced in area so he could roam freely. The pool was fantastic and relaxing. We had no complaints with the property.

Great Santa Rosa Beach Hideaway
Beach Bum Hideaway was perfect for a Christmas week getaway! Nicely furnished and updated individual house in a small subdivision about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet and away from traffic noise. Great location near restaurants and shops. Justin, the property manager was quick to respond to any needs we had. We would definitely stay there again.
