This chic and modern first floor apartment with a piazza is a classic Charleston single home which is entered through a lovely piazza.
•2 Bedrooms
•2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 1 sofa sleeper
•2full bathrooms •spacious living room
•The light filled 22' x 11' LIVING ROOM features a "mid-century style" with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, leather chairs
•The DINING table has two drop leaves. When pulled away from the wall and opened it can seat 4 people, using two more chairs from the kitchen.
• KITCHEN is fully stocked and has marble counter tops and stainless appliances with an eating counter and two counter chairs.
•This apartment has full use of the PIAZZA where you will enjoy the glass top table with four chairs. The large capacity washer and dryer are accessed from the piazza.
**The Wonderer – Offsite Adult Pool & Gym Amenity
We partner with an offsite resort called the Wonderer which is located in downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Our guests 25+ are able to visit the wonderer. There is a strict age policy, no one under 21 will be permitted (including the pool). Resort features : Olympic size pool (heated in winter) , Poolside Cabana (additional charge), Gym (classes at additional charge) , 2 bars , Restaurant , Private & Shared work space

The apartment is located on the first floor of a Charleston "single house". There are two apartments upstairs but the first floor apartment has full use of the piazza on the first level. Guests also have access to the parking lot that is alongside the building.
Our office is in the same building as this apartment. Jamie, the office manager, is very involved with guests, friendly and helpful and always receives huge thanks for her attention.
Located just one block from King Street, St. Philip Square is a collection of 6 restored historic homes with a spacious shared courtyard and outdoor garden areas that span an entire city square block of downtown Charleston.
This apartment is one block away from popular, lively King St., filled with shops, restaurants and bars. One block the other way is Five Loaves Restaurant with tasty,interesting and reasonably priced meals. Goulette French Bistrot is slightly further with amazing chicken and Duck Confit. Very cool “Fuel” and D’al’s Pizza are an easy walk. But despite all the liveliness surrounding the apartment the setting is still tranquil, pleasant and comfortable.

We bought this property in a group of historic houses on St Philip Street in 1997 and first rented to college students while we travelled throughout Europe on our sailboat for 17 years. During that time the market and the area have changed tremendously. VRBO has opened up the world to vacation renting. This building is in the ideal spot In Charleston as this area has exploded into the favorite restaurant, bar scene in Charleston, in the midst of boutiques and historic sites.
